As a bounty hunter  I can say that KYC for bounty are not held very often, sometimes it happened  that KYC was required  and I not check for it , but all the tokens automatically came to the wallet after the crowdsale.
Another situation. I recently finished bounty from the dexage - a decentralized exchange, I asked the bounty manager : is the KYC required for bounty ?
 He replied that most likely KYC will take place but they not sure  for %100....

Yes, all that you have listed without a doubt positive signs for  selection of the good project but for  I do not understand why the DexAge does not announces openly how much funds they have raised  for the moment,  softcap has been reached or not?

Well I'm not sure how is it possible to identify the scammers as they can be anywhere. For some time I've interested in investing crypto Exchanges like one of my first was Exscudo long time ago even though they are not in the coinmarket cap yet but they are still kicking, right now I'm aimed at DexAge.io they are building decentralized p2p ecosystem exchange and currently holding a token crowd-sale as well. I'm sure there are some companies that are good too but again it's your choice and your risk.

I also consider purchasing DXG, I have read a white paper, but I still can not  say exactly whether they will be successful or not.
Can someone advise something?

In my opinion, Accessing exchanges through wallet is future for exchange's. I know that some exchanges (in particular DexAge) are considering implementation function, but can they realize it in the near future ...
