It depends on platform which you choose. Many of them are scams, so you need to stay cautious. But imo this is quite okay if you find reliable platform. I use buycoinnow and I naver had any problems with that so I can say it's trustworthy.

In my opinion, the best way is to choose the right cryptocurrency exchange and trade. We don't know how valuable bitcoin will be by the end of this year, I'm not so optimistic about that.
yes, that's right. I think that's the key to success :D
the exchange which you've inset - CoinDeal is one of my favourite exchanges this times, the most important advantage to me is the fact that I can vote on the next available currencies

I've been voting for digibyte, but I'm afraid it's unfortunately without any chances

After reading this article, I've started to disagree that Libra will be cryptocurrency at all. We still don't know much about this coin, but all signs suggests that this will be an exact opposite of cryptocurrency ideals

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: crypto security

Well, it's good to remember about the security of your coins. There always be a hacking risk, that's one of the features of cryptocurrency market. You can playdown the risk by using some reliable cryptocurrency exchanges (I can recommend CoinDeal, that's my number one) and hardware wallet. Remember that any of your steps could be dangerous, always try to be cautious
I think it's not so bad after all. And don't get me wrong, the security is a very important thing, but the risk of exposure on hackers' attack is similar in other industries. Well protected exchange, as you have said, is very important, cause possible attacks are aimed there.

It's hard to say which one is "better". They have a very different agendas.
What concerns me, is the fact that Ethereum doesn't seems to follow the growing trend of BTC (Blockchain24 recently post a nice analysis about it).

It depends on which one. Atcoins have great potential, but sometimes it's hard to tell which one of them have a chance to achieve something on the market.I would recommend you to check some crypto-related media do follow the new trends.
Blockchain24 is currently posting some chart analysis of most interesting coins
plus, subreddits of particular coins are good source of information too

Significant part of crypto enthusiasts is gathered on reddit, so I believe this is a place worth of mentioning.
As for most interesting subreddits, here you have my personal favorite list:
r/CryptoCurrency - the most general one of all crypto subreddits, which is not focused on one coin (like most of them do) but on whole crypto world
r/CryptoCurrencies - smaller sub than previous one, but I believe it's interesting too
r/altcoin - as the name suggests, this sub is focused on coin other than btc
r/Crypto_Currency_News - this one is mainly for posting news
r/BlockChain24 - similar to previous one, but focused on blockchain tech itself

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Who is the Real Satoshi Nakamoto ?
« on: June 11, 2019, 11:27:46 AM »
Here we go again....
We don't know, we won't ever know. And even if we somehow eventually learn the truth, most of people wouldn't believe in that, because Satoshi is already an urban legend.
But making business on this is a different thing - especially if we look on Btitcon SV situation after Wright's "coming out"

Sorting Box / Re: it is not too late to enter crypto world
« on: June 11, 2019, 11:13:13 AM »
It is not too late I think, it must be your decision based on experience/opinions. Also, it is easy to enter crypto world because of new ways to invest in BTC e.g BuyCoinNow which let buy bitcoin without registration and sharing data so the whole process is a bit faster and safer
It's good way to acquire BTC, but still, if you want to trade and actually gain something on this, then you have to register on exchange eventually.

According to this analysis, June may be a good month to this cryptocurrency. Let's hope it will be true

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now?
« on: May 30, 2019, 12:57:12 PM »
I believe it's at least worth of consideration. The current grow of price is slow, but it should be stable. It's good to buy some coins now and see how the situation will develop (not exactly already on exchange, but maybe on sites like Buy Coin Now, when you'll get coins directly to your wallet). But of course, do it only in case when you have some spare money which you're ready to invest

They have a great affiliate program, i think this is nice opportunity for beginners in cryptocurrency world. I'm using it too and so far I'm satisfied
Is it really worth it? I've already tried casino itself and it's cool and fun to play, but I've never touched any affiliates before

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Choosing Crypto as Work
« on: May 28, 2019, 01:59:14 PM »
It could be tricky to do so. Cryptocurrencies are good as additional source of money, but if you relay on them in 100% then you are at the mercy of the market

I believe the technology itself is becoming better and better with every year.
