Myetherwallet is easy to use and easy to transfer coins from one wallet to another. Trust Wallet also good but some coins should add its contract address before sending.I can agree with you in that case. I've created a new wallet for my girlfriend and it was much easier to add tokens on Metamask then on trust wallet, for example

I use Metamask. In my opinion, it's a good wallet. Easy to use. Also, a very comfortable app. But the question was about security... Hmm... I haven't face any issues with it, so I just stay on my choice
