If you couldn't read the chart or doesn't have the skill to trade why not HODL, or better stake them to earn why holding.
It is better to hold than to lose on trading, specially if the crypto that you are holding have a tendency to bounce back when the bull run begins.
If you would trade and lose then you only finalize your lost, but if you would continue to hold it then thwre is a chance for a bounce back and it wouldn't be considered as loss unless you quit or cash them out.

First of what is your definition of rich?
If it is something that wouldn't think about money or have financial problem and doesn't need to work, then no meme coins or alt coins couldn't give you that kind of life if you would only earn from them once.
But since you generalized it in meme coin not all alt coins then, I think continues profit from them would really be hard thing to achieve not all meme coins give much profit or be successful project.
But if you are talking about Big profit from meme coins then it is possible and it also needs a big amount of capital to be risk.

But the problem is that some of them don't really care about the crypto that they are promoting they are just doing it cause they are getting paid for the promotion, it is either they don't care or don't know how it really works.
