Litecoin Forum / Re: Now is the best time to purchase Litecoin.?
« on: June 02, 2024, 06:22:07 AM »
Kinda funny now that price of litecoin is around 100$ only. Sure, it can be a good investment that might give us good returns, but taking its past all time high and other factors, I believe there are other coins that one should invest which have the potential to give better returns. For me, I think we can see at least litecoin hitting 500$ as ATH in a bullish run which is 500% return, but then again, we don't know exactly when that will happen. :)

Stellar Forum / Re: Should I buy XRP or XLM?
« on: June 01, 2024, 05:48:00 AM »
Personally, I love stellar. Because stellar has low fee in order to activate its wallet plus there are assets like USDC on stellar chain, I believe that stellar will go up in price in a bull market. Given a choice between the two, I would love to buy more stellar. Then again, nothing is certain and proper research should be done by every individual who wanna invest in. :)

It is very risky if you are wanting to make profits on a daily basis consistently, I have sometimes made some small profits in a single day but there is no guarantee of making profits everyday! Somedays you will see your portfolio go down, then you should wait for as long as you can afford and sell when there is a surge and it reaches your desired price, so patience is very essential. Buy, then hold, then wait, then sell, I guess that is the only strategy although it is sometimes boring and needs patience. ;D

In a way it is nice since although they banned these exchanges (temporary till they meet their requirements), it opens doors for Indian exchanges approved by government I guess? That kind of removes the ambiguity about whether crypto is legal or not. I guess it would take a while for the exchanges, specially Binance, because it is the largest exchange by volume, and as such, it needs to follow a strict regulatory guidelines and cooperate with the government.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Invest & Hodl Bitcoin!!

To be honest, sometimes holding is boring, surely it might give us good returns in the long term but no one knows with certainty when, that's why it is hard for most people to hold all the way for the ATH of a cycle as people might also have negative thoughts about crypto overall and a dump is seen as bursting of a bubble, so they panic.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Trading Vs Hodling
« on: March 03, 2024, 07:55:27 AM »
I guess holding crypto might not be totally risk free, but less risky, since with time, generally assets with demand increases in value, but it is not certain, holding can be viewed as long term trading too when we buy and hold until the price of the coin reaches at an optimal price instead of holding for indefinitely. Short term trading is surely very risky but gains are quicker, so would be nice for them who invests with calculated risks. ;D

In a way you are right, there has to be lots of work done to be able to bring crypto utilization in most sectors other than in the hands of traders and financial institutions. There can be good utilization if its adopted in businesses, shops and stores like transparent transactions, irreversible transactions which can help reduce frauds and chargeback scams. Professionals can get paid in crypto quickly and without much interruptions. Other benefits as well as risks can also originate. But surely it can change the system in a good way. :)
