« on: November 15, 2018, 12:46:01 PM »
It appears that Ripple(XRP) has remain stable despite the current slump in the prices of crypto and consequently, become the number two on the coinmarketcap ranking just yesterday the 14 of November 2018. Even if Bitcoins and other altcoins dropped notably, XRP only dropped very little from $0.5 to $0.4. What do you make of the Ripple development?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Long term investment vs. Hold
« on: October 25, 2018, 10:08:07 PM »
I had severally come across these two words in crypto ecosystem but unfortunately, there seems to be the same in meaning, long term investment and Hold. Now, i think that long term  investments are assets that are held for more than one year. While "Hold", simply means holding coin even when it is crashing, you must have faith that the particular coin you hold will go up in value at some time in the future, probably 1year or more. What are your ideas. Thanks

Cryptocurrency discussions / More ICOs more competition
« on: October 16, 2018, 12:23:07 PM »
A critical look at cryptocurrency development in recent time will bring about a good remark that crypto will be at moon shortly.
Now, irrespective of so many scam ICOs nowadays, many persons will agreed with me that this new start-up has brought a lot of competition in crypto world. Based on this, i had drawn a conclusion that it is very obvious that most of these new start- up that are lunched has actually come with new technology, brilliant ideas, and greater use cases. For example, a successful projects, when listed on the exchange(s), tried to overtake most coins on the coinmarketcap table, basically because of their new technological innovation plus their used cases. What do you think?

« on: October 07, 2018, 06:29:13 AM »
Now, if you ask some mumbers of the crypto community about a choice concerning coinmarketcap ranking options on a planned investment, an answer you get from an average members of crypto ecosystem may be coins/token with good rising prices than it's volume or rising marketcap. For me, i also like the coin prices than the its rising volume or marketcap. What could be your choice?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Coinmarketcap vs Traders
« on: October 05, 2018, 09:16:20 PM »
One of the target of every Trader in crypto market is to grab the slightest opportunity in the market prices to make fast earnings in expense of whether there are, firstly, volume, secondly, marketcap, and thirdly, Prices.
Looking at this critically, i have come to conclusion that Traders are much interested on the prices of coins/tokens to do their business, than considering the volume and the marketcap or even coinmarketcap daily rankings. It this proper in crpyto development? Share your ideas. Thank you

Cryptocurrency discussions / Why does scam succeed?
« on: October 05, 2018, 04:57:03 PM »
Scammers target people of all backgrounds, ages and income levels across the world. There's no one group of people who are more likely to become a victim of a scam, all of us may be vulnerable to a scam at some time.
Scammers succeed because they look like the real thing and catch you off guard when you’re not expecting it. Scammers are getting smarter and taking advantage of new technology, new products or services and major events to create believable stories that will convince you to give them your money or personal details. Now, in crypto, this development look common. Why?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Dumped project may resurfaced
« on: October 03, 2018, 09:38:21 AM »
When i considers the level of cryptcurrency and the blockchain popularity, and the extent some certain projects has been able to present their coins/tokens, plus certain of these project white papers; i came to some logical conclusion that must of these dumped coins/token may resurfaced to the crypto ecosystem. I also considered that must of these dumped projects has excellent goals and objectives but failed to follow them up, may be due to unforseen reasons or others. What do you guys think?

Cryptocurrency discussions / ICOs extensions
« on: September 28, 2018, 12:21:40 PM »
It appears that ICOs these days are taken too much time to accomplish their targeted goals especially in raising the initial soft and hard cap respectively. I am participating in a project that has taken over 5months and it still not concluded; i think something is wrong somewhere, or that it is now very difficult for most new start up to raised the needed capital( soft & hard cap).
Do you think that people are afraid to invest in some of these ICOs, or that some of this ICOs are waist of time, or that some of these ICOs has know good used cases when lunch?  Your thoughts.

The reverse ban of crypto-related ads by Google has demonstrated the willingness of the conglomerate to work with legitimate projects and companies in the cryptocurrency sector. what do you think could be the benefits of this development?

I have been considering these two terms, "Buy-and-hold" and "long term investment", as applied every day especially from crypto enthusiasts; that certain people considered between 10 to 20 years as a long term investment, while others may consider five years to be a long-term investment. Individuals might have a shorter concept of long term, while institutions may perceive long term to mean a time far out in the future. Your opinion about these two term's descriptions will be appreciated.

Bitcoin (BTC) dominance is on a steady decline. Since the evolution of the altcoin market in 2017, we have seen Bitcoin (BTC) drop from its historical dominance levels towards new lows. The trend is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. This is a favorable development for the crypto community as a lot of good projects will continue to receive the funding they needed to contribute to the blockchain industry. What do think.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Looks difficult to Rise ICOs fund.
« on: September 19, 2018, 11:30:34 AM »
Keep wondering why most ICOs continue to extend the project duration (road map), and of some these projects has adopted a strategy of braking their ICOs into stages, like stage 1,2,3 etc. My conclusion to this continuous extension or stages strategies, is basically because, investors are loosing interest; may due to fear of scam. Any further reasons? Thanks.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Can projects merge?
« on: September 18, 2018, 11:57:01 AM »
In my opinion, many projects may not survive at the long run, but considering the use cases of most projects and their similarities, i think most project might consider a merger, at least to boost the projects chances of survival in this highly competitive cryptocurrency development. Your thoughts.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Altcoins investment vs. Bitcoin investment
« on: September 09, 2018, 05:48:18 PM »
Friends, a look at common wisdom in crypto, that you will hear and read pretty much everywhere goes something like this: Keep majority of your portfolio should be mostly large cap mains (BTC/ETH/LTC/), a general rule of thumb would be keep 70% in the main coins. But let’s look at one good example:
Say you have less than $8,000 to invest and you go and buy one whole bitcoin. It’ll take weeks or months for it to hit $9,000 or $10,000. And even when it does, you’ll have made $1,000. That sounds good, but WHAT if you invested your money in a less known, smaller cap and upcoming altcoin.
Again, another example: you take $7,000 and dump it into some altcoins you researched and found to be good, and the price of that coin doubles (10+ coins have done that last month, even during this bear market). You’ll have $16,000 which makes a whopping $8.000 profit. Gentlemen, what do think should be the better investment between Altcoins and Bitcoin.

Ethereum Forum / These projects may over take Etheruem soon.
« on: September 07, 2018, 10:08:05 AM »
In my opinion gentle men, these projects are solving the problem of Etheruem ICO, smart contracts plus scalability. These include Wave, EOS, Neo, all in the smart contract and similar features like Dapp(decentralized application) competition. Which of of these projecst do you consider investors and Holders may sought most in the future. Thanks
