To all crypto enthusiast, I know some of us have asked questions to certain projects about Hardcap and softcap figures respectively, unfortunately, many projects chose to have only hardcap that may not be realistic even given the longest period of ICO/IEO time frame.
Now, I have been on a project that has no softcap but they have found it extremely difficult to meet the project hadcap on IEO sales. Obviously, there are no green lights from investors purchasing all planned token on the current IEO sales, do you think the amount realized at the end of the long periods of token sale without hitting their planned capital can be considered as the Hardcap, or softcap?
Example, company "A" Hardcap was pegged at $8k and the sales ended up at $5k, can I say the $5k is the  Hardcap or an immediate softcap, because they could not meet $8k cap for the project? Your thoughts,

I have seen many hunters worry for bounty distribution immediately after bounty conclusions while it may not be certain coin/token is listed on any exchange. I think coin should be first listed on exchange, then distribution to all participants take effect.
I have experienced so many bounty payments while coin never listed on exchange, unfortunately project failed to launch and all bounty payments wasted on my wallet till date.
Now, in your opinion, distribution should be sent first or coin should be listed first before bounty distribution, which should come first? Your thoughts. Thanks

Bitcoin Forum / Can we conclud now that Bitcoin has been successful?
« on: June 27, 2020, 11:16:43 AM »
Gentle men and ladies, I just want your attention in this my little opinion about the journey of Bitcoin since 2009 till date, and that I thought the first crypto has been very successful.
In summary of it's road to success, I will not forget to let you all know that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency had witness numbers of setbacks, criticisms from institutions, individuals, Governments, Nations etc. Certain respected individuals and organization had said in this quote, " Bitcoin is bubble ready to burst", "Bitcoin is ponsi scheme", "Bitcoin is a scam", etc.

Now, I had come access certern news that suggest that if Bitcoin becomed successful, govts will force their power to ban all crypto since they have the guns. However i think otherwise, the govts may not succeed. In this my little write up or post, do you think Bitcoin/crypto had been successful? Your thoughts.  Thanks.

This Hold or Hodl is just the same meaning in my opinion but many crypto enthusiast always differentiates them to have defferent meanings.

Now, according to investopedia or the dictionary, it is  defines as, "HODL is a term derived from a misspelling of "hold" that refers to buy-and-hold strategies in the context of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

While investing or investment according to the dictionary is defines as, "An investment is an asset or item accrued with the goal of generating income or recognition. In an economic outlook, an investment is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to generate wealth. In finance, an investment is a financial asset bought with the idea that the asset will provide income further or will later be sold at a higher cost price for a profit."
What are your thoughts. Thanks

Hello hunters, I have come to reason that certain bounty campaigns come with defferent bounty pools prices per coin/token and concluded that the most bounty pools with a higher pool prices are more profitable.
For instance, a bounty pool allocated with 100,000 coin/token of project A, with each token  worth $1 may be better than a bounty pool allocated with 10,000000 coin/token with each worth $0.0007 each. Now, there could be certain that individual hunters may consider before joining any project, like the numbers of participants, numbers of campaigns to participate etc. However, despite these factors, I will prefer a bounty pool prices that is worth $1 worth with high of participants than going to the former.
Which do you prefer? Your thought are important here.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Investors now prefer biggest exchanges?
« on: June 16, 2020, 12:04:52 PM »
Please let us take a critical insight into some investors attitude toward investing on ICOs or IEOs.
Now, from my little observations, it appears that major investors in the crypto economy prefer buying coin/token through the biggest exchanges like, Binance,Okex, Bitrex, Bitfinex, Kraken etc for IEO coin salls this days. Looking at this exchanges, it becomes clearer to me that any new coin/tokens launched on these exchanges platforms hardly fall beyond some quick recovery mode, or fall to an extent that it may be discouraging situations to still invest on them.

For instance, if you are using Binance, you may agreed with me that any coin/tokens launched on it's platform could hardly go down without quick recovery, and this also goes for Okex platform.
I bought a new coin on Binance exchange at the sales of a new coin at $0.03, after the sales the price pumped to $0.07. My surprised was that after few months, the price continue around $0.031 to 0.029. This is a situation I found on the smaller exchanges. What is your opinion?

Bitcoin Forum / What causes Bitcoin all time low of 2018?
« on: May 17, 2020, 02:42:35 PM »
Sometimes, I take a look back on Bitcoin performance in the past and current the year but will always remember the worst all time low of the first crypto in 2018.
Obvious, it never occurred to me untill recent time that the all time low was caused by fear and the consequent statement that said, "Bitcoin was a bubble" that is ready to burst.
Again, I also concluded that there were also a pull out of huge funds among some big whales and investors from the market. What do you think?

I have being thinking that the major reason while coin/token increase/decrease in price is basically because of the trading activities rathan investments. I think that traders are more responsible to the day to day prices movement than the investors. The daily trading activities, wether increase or decrease in prices rest on the traders.
The investors (eg institutional investors) buy coin/token just once and leave the coins for a long time to rise. I think these investors has not help in the daily increase or decrease though they hold the marketcap. What is are your opinions?

I have been wondering about so many IEOs in some of these exchanges being carried out in different rounds of sales, and came to conclusions that these IEO sales are without interest from the public or that may be some these exchanges are unpopular etc.
However, IEO sales on Binance exchange are always been carried within hours, and i thought of the level marketing carried out by the project team of Binance exchange. Now, beside Binance, many IEOs where hadly concluded on just one round. Please share your opinion on these differences as a concerned crypto enthusiast/participants. Thanks

Bitcoin Forum / Obviously, Bitcoin is stronger, resistive than others!
« on: April 27, 2020, 10:11:18 PM »
Many people may agree with me that Bitcoin, the first crypto to exist, is no doubt a stronger, more resistive than the stock market, forex, crude oil and others financial instrument used in the economy of the world. Just check out Bitcoin performance during this lockdown (covid19) and you may be suprise by the crypto market situation. It is very amazing. Isn't it? What do you think of this current situation!

From early fabuary to the start of March when the corona virus was spreading to an alarming rate, I personally concluded that btcoin will hit another all time low of $3000 just like the 2018 crypto disaster, but unfortunately, it is obvious that Bitcoin has overcomed this fear. I think that Bitcoin is even stronger than the stock market and it can hit the moon for sure. What do you think?

This two algorithems determines a new block on the blockchain, that is, the proof of work and the proof of stake algorithm. They use different methods (or algorithms) to achieve consensus on which block will be added next to the blockchain.
Proof of work (pow) requires proof that work occurred. In the case of Bitcoin miners are required to do this work before any of their blocks is accepted by others.

Proof of stake (pos) requires users that have a high stake at the currency (i.e. hold a lot of coins) to determine the next block
Despite all the arguments, each of these consensuses has its place and utility. However, which of them is better? Thanks

As a trader on crypto, i like to know some good or bad outcome in organizing trading competitions. I had participated on two trading competition but failed to be listed even on the consolation prices, though i did not meet up the buy/sell average conditions of the competition.
Again, even if i wasn't listed as among the winners of the competition, the coins/token could not pump despite the high rate of buy/sell activities(volumes)the these coins, and worst still, these coins/token continued to crash even months after the competition ended.
Now, let me learn the purposes or reason for organizing  some trading competition. Your thoughts

Just last last year, 2018 many new projects  complained of bear market effects on their ICOs. I participated on some of these bounty projects that complained of bear market effects on their coins/token sales, and consequently couldn't meet up soft cap and this has lead to several inconclusive or collapsed projects.
In this 2019, there has been many project that has  successfully completed IEOs even when there is bear market. Now, colud there be bear run effects IEOs or that IEOs can succeed wether bear or bull runs? Your thoughts.

75
In 2017 there was a huge number of investors, traders participants and hunters that came into crypto business mainly because of the biggest "BULL run" in the history of crypto, and in 2018, there was a mass exodus of many investor, hunters, traders and various participants because of the worst "BEAR run" untill early 2019.
Now, it very obvious that 2019 rekindle the hope of doing crypto business from the dark periods, and many may know that 2019 has been fair especially in crypto prices, ICO, IEO and investments environment. In your opinions, how do you rate or compare these years, and a look ahead at 2020? Thanks
