Bitcoin Forum / Bitcoin become an asset

Hello People, I have read hundreds of bitcoin articles, I think people are still confused about bitcoin as future property. I do think bitcoin is a currency and not an asset. I dont know whether this is good news or not for cryptocurrency. One thing i believe with legalization from goverment i do think more investors will come to invest in bitcoin, but i think if bitcoin become an asset its not as it suppose to because i believe bitcoin should be a currency which is currency is for transaction and asset is not for transaction.

What do you think?

Bitcoin a cryptocurrency that everyone is talking about and wants a piece of it. Here we will talk about how bitcoin can be used as a currency. So let’s dive right in. Since bitcoin gained pace many online and offline retailers now started accepting bitcoin as payment for their services but we need to see if it will be viable in the long run. As the price of the currency is always fluctuating and sometimes it deflates very badly to leave the owner annoyed.

After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don’t think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don’t think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.

3. Bitcoin has proven it is reliable and that it can scale
4. Crypto is becoming mainstream with Bitcoin in the forefront
5. Bitcoin has massive addressable market
6. Securities will bring in institutional money and the masses
7. The more the traditional economy suffers, the better it will be for bitcoins.
