Buy when everyone is dumping. Hopefully everyone that has bought this last dip is richly rewarded.

Well following the split, I don't know if it will stay in its position or if it'll get kicked out of the top 10. We shall see. It's done far better than I ever thought it would.

Maybe it's better this way versus how it was last year where everything was wildly successful. It might weed out the bad projects and only the quality ones survive.

I think the whales are trying to scare people into selling and then will probably pump the price a ton... and then maybe sell again. But I don't know because I'm not a whale :/

If ETH dips below $100 I'd snatch a ton of it up. In the next couple of years it'll be worth a lot more, even if it hurts a bit now.

I think it's the overall market this year rather than the bounty hunters that are the problem. This year just isn't great for speculation.

The thing is, I think that governments would like to have more control over BTC. I think if it were up to them, every Bitcoin account would have to have public KYC. But it'd be nice if they just let it be what it is... or make it the world reserve currency haha

Well the SEC just cracked down on a couple of ICOs, so if the ICO wants in on the US market, it's in their best interest to do everything the SEC requires including KYC.

I wouldn't say I'm losing hope... but honestly it was nice to have a bit of stability in the markets, until yesterday when everything decided to crash. It'd just be nice to have a nice steady price increase and increase of adoption.

I guess I really hope that doesn't happen, but it's possible. But I think 5K might represent an absolute bottoming out of the market, so hopefully that'll get people to hop back into crypto.

Yeah, I've wondered what would happen if there were somehow a worldwide internet outage... could cryptos pick up right where they left off?

I've had a few hundred dollars in crypto stolen... but I think if someone were able to hack into multiple accounts of mine and steal my assets, I'd just get frustrated and throw in the towel.

In 2018, crypto has shown many "growing pains". It's been beaten down by banks, governments, FUD and tanked spectacularly. But despite all this, it's still around and strong (even with today's dump).

I've been using Dropil since March. DROPs have been pretty stable all year. So I've been holding them and earning more tokens through their automated trading system. They've even been doing buybacks of the token with their profits.

Let's see what will happen to Bitcoincash after this hard fork... it may split in two. But I've always thought Dash was very promising with their leadership, marketing and masternodes.
