Third party is the first  instance who will sold our data.I don´t trust any third party.

So, do you have a better idea for this condition?
Actually, I only believe in a trusted and reliable third party. I will never trust with unclear platform or company with lack of experience as the third parties. I am the same with others, don't want to risk my personal data with any ways.

However, this is only my opinion, so If you have a better solution, I will agree with you as long as It is reasonable.

What will be best in this situation? I think Bounty Managers should be held accountable. You must be able to be up front with the rules and regulations of any bounty you the manager is in charge of. Whereby, because of your carelessness or laxity, a bounty hunter is not paid for his/her hard work due to a kyc that was not mentioned before accepting to work in the bounty, you the manager should be held accountable to the aggrieved bounty hunter.
Secondly, I would also suggest the service of a trustworthy escrow party. Where this tokens are to be deposited and held in trust until after the bounty is over then hunters are paid after they have finished their work. Simple!

I think it is a mark of respect when campaign projects tell their promoters (bounty hunters) the whole rule of the campaign FROM THE BEGINNING.

I strongly agree with KCY application for bounty hunters, but I still have big questions with this requirement. (1.) How safe our personal identities given to them? (2.) Who guarantee our secret data? I imagine if we have a third party, that can guarantee the data.
Your questions is a sound one! This is one of the reason I dislike kyc because the privacy and safety of your submitted data is not guaranteed!

I joined this forum November last year although I have not been active until recently. A few days ago, I referred a friend to the forum, after he registered he told me that his status is newbie. I wondered how that can be. So I ask, is baby steps and newbie different stages?

OP, I think there is a better section to discuss bounty related topics than this one. Let us try to post topics that are forum related here.

I beg your pardon sir but this issue actually is forum related because, when these projects/bounty managers keeps springing this kyc on bounty hunters without pre information, those hunters who cannot meet up with this requirement become unhappy. And I believe, when hunters are unhappy, it affects the forum No?

It shouldn't be necessary in my opinion. It should be necessary for participating in icos though, because you give them money. But in this one you're doing a work and they pay you some money in return. This transaction should be easy.

It should be easy but it is usually not.

Maybe in this way will eliminate the fake participation, but what is worst they not announcing you need to do KYC before to start the bounty only  after the bounty its over.

This is exactly my point! There is no pre-information before joining bounty. But at the time of payment, kyc is presented. This I think is fraudulent on the part of the Project host. Non?

There are many projects who include kyc for bounty hunters. As far as I know, kyc ( Know Your Customer) ought to be for investors so as to checkmate any form of money laundering. So why is this being applied to bounty hunters? Can someone explain this?

Forum related / Re: Why do people still make low quality comments?
« on: October 15, 2018, 03:03:06 AM »
The problem is, people are too much in a hurry and as such, do not take the time to read. Also, a quality post does not equal to a paragraph. A quality post can be a constructive and instructive writing in a few words.

I think for one to receive karma negative/positive, certain things should be considered. The first is, is this post/reply enlightening/vague? Secondly, has it contributed to knowledge increase/decrease? Thirdly, has it brought any value/devalue to the table? Finally, does it offer a solution/causes more confusion? Thanks.

Forum related / Re: the path of bitcointalk and altcointalk
« on: October 15, 2018, 02:43:35 AM »
Karma is far different from Merit and as far as I am concerned, better used. Here with karma you actually earn points, 1Karma = 300points if I am not mistaken. 10points = 1Alt. So you see, it benefits but in btt, the merit is for ranking and that has led to many monopoly on the forum. I believe the altcointalks forum though may seem similar in some ways with btt, yet differs vastly in operation.
