Hitbtc is a legit exchange, and not a scam exchange or site. Try to know the trading rules and have some good quantity tokens for trading.

That exchange is having some serious issues when trying to trade (either buy or sell), some kind of amount divisible by 10. Withdrawal is another issue. That exchange is something else.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Which is a good decision now, Hold or Sell ETH?
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:28:40 AM »
Holding is has ever brought good profit to those who could hold a little longer. For me, I will say buying is a very good option, but to those who want to sell, sell wisely, because when the rise comes, it will be to the moon. ETH has outstanding potentials of surviving for a very long time. So, just hold as the best decision to be taken now.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ethereum BETTER than BITCOIN?
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:22:14 AM »
Good and powerful ideas keeps moving so long as the team is there. In all crypto, there is always a point where one coin will be better than the other. The transaction confirmation of ETH is faster than bitcoin, but bitcoin is more expensive to ETH in terms of value worth.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why do Bitcoin have value?
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:14:57 AM »
The law of demand and supply is a major factor that is used in bitcoin. When there is a high demand of bitcoin in the market, the price speculates, but when the demand reduces, the price diminishes. And that is why there can be losses at anytime. And this is same even with our native currencies. What makes bitcoin more interesting is its decentralized nature, and its codebase.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Can altcoin survive without bitcoin?
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:07:18 AM »
True, because in crypto, there is always a possibility in obtaining new heights. But before that can be archived, how long will it take the injury of altcoins to heal? Bitcoin has taken too much predominance of the entire market, that whatever happens to bitcoin, it affects all other coins.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Does The Price Of BTC affect Altcoins?
« on: November 17, 2018, 12:01:19 AM »
This is because the bitcoin has a huge dominance in the entire crypto market. In all altcoins, investments always accepts bitcoin, and at most, on a larger portion. A drop in bitcoin makes the entire market go red.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do crypto traders pay tax?
« on: November 11, 2018, 06:22:03 PM »
Germany announced tax free for all crypto users. I don't know about other countries but tax are paid directly or indirectly by each one. Traders may not be charged taxes for their transactions but indirectly, they pay their quota of tax to the exchanges where the trading is done. These exchanges pay taxes directly or indirectly when making the final conversion from crypto to fiat.

Yeah, directly or indirectly there will be a payment of tax, and am sure that will be made by the exchange site, maybe when converting to fiat. Because every trader pays their transaction fees, through that, traders are paying their tax too, who knows...

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: KYC for ICO, is it good or bad idea?
« on: November 11, 2018, 06:15:41 PM »
I think it is a bad idea to have a KYC procedure in a decentralise world of crypto currency.Giving your personal information to unknown people will compromise your security. You are also not sure if those who collect the data are trusted or not because selling personal data in the darkness is rampant.

You've gat a nice point there, but on the other hand, you are making an investment into a project, and without your details known, its not clear. Its more like being transparent to the project you are investing into. Lots of organizations are now using KYC process. There is risk, but transparency is needed too.

If yes, and its not going well, that means you have not actually used procedure the right way. Practice will make you better than the way it is now. Try it again, but now n another way

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: How do you make the most profit with trading?
« on: November 08, 2018, 03:13:49 PM »
I don't use trading signals, my trading is based on a long term hold, otherwise am in a point of need. A good way to make some good profit reducing losses, is by setting a trade limit, to your favored price. That's the pattern I use at most of the times.

Sorting Box / Re: Trading or holding
« on: November 06, 2018, 09:46:42 PM »
In terms of hold for a long term, there is no much risk (if the coin is listed on exchange and had a successful ICO), cause the rise in its price will come, just the matter of time. But when it comes to trading, there is risk of losses (day traders, more losses), cause when the bum comes, you are out (except you still have some good numbers of the coin). Holding is much more better, but one will still have to trade when the time comes.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: The best altcoins to invest in
« on: November 06, 2018, 06:38:15 PM »
I think Ethereum and lotecoin are some good coins out of that list, but on the other hand, they have gone to some heights that at its current price they are not drawing much attention again. Investing into some newly listed coins and some nice ICOs that will give out well.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you also nag over the red market?
« on: November 06, 2018, 12:49:08 AM »
Well at some situations, strong decision must be made, and who ever is scared of making that decision will either regret it or accept its reality. The green time is the time for merriment, but the red is where the strong will have to survive or regret their heard made decision. Crypto is fun and it has to be on both losses and gains.
