For long-term holding, it's a minimum of 3-4 years, as you said. It's very difficult if we don't have free money, because every human being has needs that sometimes we suddenly need, and selling the bitcoin even though the price hasn't gone up, sometimes cuts losses. Panic will always exist if short and medium term holding with money that will be used in the near future and the price of bitcoin falls. This is a dilemma, if we don't have free money, it's better to trade.

If we found ourselves new on a platform, then that should first signal to our brain is on how we can learn to adapt in such environment,

we cannot achieve anything else we start by learning, reading and making research on it, we cannot work only by assumption because such will only drive us away from the purpose and intentions for the creation of such platform,

we have to start learning by doing things as accordingly to how they were being expected of us.

Because of what he has achieved, he forgets the rest of his failures. He will quit gambling today but he will come back to gambling soon, which I have seen from past experience. Quitting gambling is not that easy, and it is made even more difficult when the gambler wins the bet, thereby building overconfidence and dreaming of becoming a gambling billionaire. So the entire decision depends on the gambler, how he deals with gambling and ultimately whether he can quit gambling or not.

That's right, Admin really pays attention to all karma transactions that are taking place, this is different from BTT, the Karma that is given cannot be seen by who sent it, only the admin can see it. So you have to be careful when you want to give bad karma, it's better to keep giving good karma to everyone rather than giving bad karma.
