Beginners are not qualified for signature campaigns. You'll have to be a junior member for joining signature campaign. Just do 20 posts, you'll become Junior member and then search for Bounties here https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=22.0. Find a topic offering signature campaign, read the rules and follow accordingly.

Ranking up fast is not suppose to be the priorty as a beginner in cryptocurrencies. You have to take your time and understand the cryptocurrency industry and make then you can make meaningful post.

Turning all your fiat to cryptocurrency to me is very risky because cryptocurrency fluctuates and can drops at any point in time. I will advice not to turn all your fiat to cryptocurrency.
