In my own observation people are getting in in crypto because they know crypto is a many jobs of it and they can make profit in a months so in my observation they getting in. But for the other people who moving out i think they just try the crypto then after they nnot success they moving out.

And youre right too sometimes airdrop are non-profitable because of their value so the other member are choosing to join bounty campaigns instead of airdrop.

And then the team of that ico will announce that hows the ico going in the next month after the token sales. So in that process all the investors and bounty hunters are going to join their campaign.

The long term trading is a best way to earn profits but you need to wait a long months or a year to achieve that goa. But theres a lot of people that in long term trading is a waste of their token or coin cause it going to low value in the middle but they didn't know that after that it will be going back or higher than the stable value of the token. Again Thats why it called long term because it takes a long wait until you achieve it. So more patients.
