Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Holding Or Trading?
« on: June 11, 2018, 07:57:35 AM »
I personally divide my earnings into what-so-called "hot and cold" pocket. Some of my cash is used in trading (this is the hot one), and some of them is freezed for future trade/withdraw.

It's too soon for a new technology like this to be considered as "dead", the hype is not even started yet :-\

the more technology is developing more and more new invention and formed ICO project as the latest innovation to help human life. and finally the project gets good sales and new tokens are formed every year.
Yup, but the continuity of the token depends on the core team of the project too. If the team themselves are not dedicated to the project fully, so their tokens would not last long at the market and the project itself becomes useless.

because the bounty Hunter will dump price after the token or coin of the bounty in share. usually Dev give time limit for investors enjoy profit in to once join in the project ICO.
so youre saying those who worked hard to attract those investors don't deserve to profit from the project. All i know is no matter how you delay payment if i should have personal issue that that particular coin will solve, I will so f**ing dump it with lighting speed.
You can see the reality that is in the market. bounty hunter sells gifts too cheap and below the price of ICO. does it give good effect to investors? if this continues to be found in all ICO projects investors will be afraid to buy ICO tokens in the future.
That usually happens when the coins are released on the low-to-middle market, try to give a lil' bit time off so the price would stabilize. That's why the "smart" bounty hunters sell a little bit of their payment first and hodl some coins so when the price is raising, they will get quite good amount of cash.

MetaMask / Re: Why is metamask better than mew?
« on: June 02, 2018, 01:35:51 PM »
But importing your MEW into Metamask doesn't guarantee that another person who already "know" your PK to access your wallet, so for me, sending all of my MEW balances to Metamask is still a better option.

Why would anyone give away their private key to someone else ?? Couldn't understand.

If you say that someone got your Private Keys then you will not be having much time to transfer your coins to Metamask ;) Just abandon the wallet if someone has your Private Keys.

But if you still insist on transferring it to MetaMask, just send them like a normal transaction to your Metamask Wallet
It happened to me when I just get into crypto, at that time I don't know if the site was eventually hacked/phished by someone. And when I input my PK, you know how the story ends  :'(

So that's why I'm standing for #teamMetamask, it's simpler and only you know the password to access it ;)

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: ETH vs Cardano

Better to start from the beginning with the new partnership. It should be change in order to make everything perfect if possible. Nice to hear that info. Whether we choose cardano or eth still you won't lose anything because both are potential.
I don't know about this but the spreading rumors about ETH "fork" may lead to another controversial news on the crypto community. Whether if that makes the price to stabilize or instead, makes it worse :-\

Every dev has seen that that's where the earth is moving to and so they should move there too. It has become so profitable in such a way that if you don't even succeed you still have some ETH for yourself and this has led to many scam projects
That's why we should play carefully before jumping into investing in the ICOs, as they were a lot of reports regarding to the scammy ICOs.

The hype of crypto community still exists, but not that high like the last year. All of the processes need time, it's not like that will gonna happen in a night.

but the gas used for the transaction is spent entirely
Well that's still okay rather than lose a big amount of cash of your tokens that you wanna send :-\

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Trading Bots - are they worth buying?
« on: June 01, 2018, 06:37:40 AM »
I'm not that sure if bots can overcome the traders' experience until now. But hey, if you can make it simple so why not?

But nah, I'm gonna stick with the old-school move  ;D

It depends on your holdings and the sophistication of the bots.. All these bart patterns you see in btc right now is just algo bots pushing up and down price when opportunistic.  The bots also seem to be emulating behavior that does the exact opposite of what most traders are looking to happen, so using our own human emotion bias against us.  I'm still doing okay position trading, but I think day trading humans can get absolutely rekt even with experience against the high frequency trading bots.

Well then, now I've just found out the plus reasons for using the bots. But yet, that still depends on the bots we need to choose, hmm.

for a while I chose hold, but while looking at the latest signal channel, there is a new crypto that turns the price soared, storiqa
Nah, I'm not giving that trust anymore to the what-so-called "signals". It's often got mistaken by the unresponsible person who tells the specified price to go up/down, while in reality, they do the opposite.

28
Yah it is one of the reason why. Another reason they would like to prioritize the investors as they trust the project and money. In return the team will give more attention to investor than bounty members. Sometimes it happens because of unexpected reasons such as change of rules and calamity.
Yes, that's the main point. The ICO was created to be prioritized to the investors, not only just for the bounty hunters. That's why the tokens/coins usually hit up the low-to-medium market before it hit a big one. (if the project is successful)

29
There are a lot of criteria before we can safely join the ICO, for me, some of them are:
1. The project's purpose, was it useful to the community or not. (especially the blockchain/crypto-related community)
2. How well the team can deliver their project description to the investors (through WP, forum, etc.)
3. The transparency of the team, as well as the ICO progress (funds raised so far, soft cap, hard cap, etc.)
4. The size of their social media activity, whether from their own team or by the third parties (using bounties)
