There's no reason to leave crypto because even if the current situation of the market is not good we knew in the future we don't have a choice but to use crypto as a currency. If you are tired of doing crypto, for now, you can rest but never decide to stop because regret in the future hurts.

I experienced that when the Bitcoin trend last 2017, it hurt when I saw it hits almost a million in our local currency for 1 Bitcoin where I used to have more than 1 BTC way back 2014 - 2015. The ICO's nowadays is too bad as per noticed most ICO's token value after the token sale and get listed on exchange is lower price than the investors bought during the ICO period.

Lots of project succeed and reached hardcap during ICO but the price in exchange is too low which is not worth it for every investors, they lost their investment thru paper value and need to wait for long time to gain profits if luckily the token will raise higher than the ICO price but most of it took so long before it happened.

The reason why people or investors are now not buying on ICO's and prefer to buy in exchange unless the project is real with good background and usage of the product.
