I think the altcoin price is stable now, I think .litecoin, ripples and Neo. because seeing growth is now increasing.

How can you call stable those assets that have great volatility? Their course per day may change by tens of percent.
the most stable are cryptocurrencies secured by fiat currencies or precious metals (USDT, TrueUSD, Carbon, Basecoin, Maker Dao)

It's a good exchange. Not the best, but worthy of attention.

In my opinion, remain wise in making decisions. Market conditions are still uncertain, where prices can change at any time. This is not a matter of holding back or selling but about how we must deal with this situation.

if you didn't have time to sell earlier, then there is no reason in selling. The best thing to do in this situation is to do nothing. At least one more grow will be in near future. This is a chance to sell your assets and buy them again later when the price drops again.

for me now is the time to invest in alt compared to I trade on the market, because the market price is still less stable, so I better hold it in the long run by waiting for market prices to increase.

some part of money can be used for long-term investments, another part can be used for trading on exchange. Why not? Even if you have  no knowledge, you can use a very small part of the deposit. and learn something new
