XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: XRP or ETH??
« on: August 29, 2020, 10:04:03 AM »
Ethereum for investments and making smart contracts.

Ripple for making transactions from wallet to wallet. I so freakin love the low fees compared to ETH right now. That includes XRP fees on exchanges.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Do you think ripple will beat bitcoin and eth?
« on: August 29, 2020, 10:02:23 AM »
From my point, I dont see Ripple to ever beat Ethereum and Bitcoin. Ripple to me, is just Ripple. Compared to Bitcoin which I see will for Coin the will remain dominant always. Ethereum on the other hand have so many projects which makes people buy ETH.

DeFi projects are significantly different from almost the first ICO projects that were in 2017. I still like DeFi projects because they perform the direct functions of banks and take away their profits from them. This has never happened before. Banks have always been in a privileged state, being protected by the state. They are now facing a real challenge from DeFi.
Agreed. Same compliment and positive outlook on defi, what I dont like is the similarities on ICO of 2017 that some projects are taking advantage of the scenario and hype doing a scam exit. Process now is much faster compared to the ICO which dont have uniswap approach. I think we can ve more secure if there is a platform auditing the defi projects being out everyday.

ICO or DeFi it is still not 100% safe to invest in projects right now. There are for sure a lot of scammers planning to bait investors once again. I saw a meme where ICO is just pretending to be DeFi. When someone plans to put his money on a DeFi cryptocurrency, better make sure that he/she verifies all necessary information. Better choose BTC or ETH to make sure you don't lose big time.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Ripple becoming Dead
« on: August 27, 2020, 10:04:35 AM »
my honest opinion, i think xrp would reach between $5-10 but it'll probably be worth double that in 2021 considering bitcoin is increasing.

I like your positivism mate! This topic had been opened 2 years ago already and XRP is still declining if you look at its graph. There is no way it will go up to $5 USD next year. Graphs don't lie and getting to $10 USD may take more than a decade for it to happen.

Giving 3 phases for distribution is also a great strategy. It avoids dumping of the project's cryptocurrency. You probably get dumped by your girlfriend first before the crypto gets dumped. Also, giving 3 phases for distribution will let the cryptocurrency breath for a while and may possibly attract investors to buy and hodl that crypto. I hate it when most of the bounty hunters automatically dumps the crypto once they get it.

Referral Links / Re: Buy & Sell bitcoin with any payment method
« on: August 26, 2020, 01:19:08 PM »
Okay, so you just literally took a screenshot of the website and put it here and added a hyperlink. You did not even explain a single thing why we should use PAXFUL. No matter how many forums you post this kind of promotion, you will not earn a referral from it because instead of educating us about PAXFUL, you just simply copied what you see and posted it here. That is not attractive at all.

Bounties & Rewards [BOUNTY] / Re: Become a Verasity Influencer
« on: August 25, 2020, 04:21:40 AM »
I have participated Verasity bounty 2018-19 but still they didn't pay to the bounty hunters and now they have opened another bounty round. They should pay the previous round and continue new round.

Yow Malam thanks for letting us know. May we get the link to the bounty you are talking about? It would be great for us to see hard proof.

UPDATE: Okay so I did the initiative on looking for the bounty they made before and found that they have paid the participants. Not sure why you did not get paid. Maybe you missed to submit KYC? I saw some commented regarding KYC on the thread.

You can search it on Google here is a link: https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ALeKk005geAvoeXf7G_NlqxZB-GAuysnBg%3A1598326622138&ei=XodEX-GOCNnm-AaMtZdY&q=verasity+bitcointalk+bounty&oq=verasity+bitcointalk+bounty&gs_lcp=CgZwc3ktYWIQAzIECCMQJzoFCC4QkQI6BQgAEJECOgIILjoICAAQsQMQgwE6BQgAELEDOgQIABBDOgoILhCxAxBDEJMCOgQILhBDOgcILhBDEJMCOgUILhCxAzoCCAA6CwgAELEDEIMBEJECOggIABCxAxCRAjoHCC4QsQMQQzoHCAAQsQMQQzoECAAQCjoKCC4QxwEQrwEQCjoECC4QCjoHCAAQFBCHAjoICAAQFhAKEB5Qt0hYvYABYNmBAWgDcAB4AYABlwWIAakvkgEMMC4yNS4wLjMuMS4ymAEAoAEBqgEHZ3dzLXdpesABAQ&sclient=psy-ab&ved=0ahUKEwjhtbDUtrXrAhVZM94KHYzaBQsQ4dUDCA0&uact=5

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin owned by everyone
« on: August 23, 2020, 04:19:22 AM »
Do you think it is impossible that Bitcoin value will become $100,000, or $500,000 more years from now?
Not impossible but we don't know when it is. Bitcoin value is always growing day after day. If it becomes more popular and used by all people around the world, then the price should multiply. Then, the price can continue to increase more and more. Some have predicted it can reach $100,000.
If it is used by everyone around the world, the price will be very expensive, even more than we imagine, because if we calculate in detail the maximum number of bitcoins is not enough for all people in the world,
100k usd is very small, now even bitcoin users are less than 20% of the world's population but the price is already expensive, what if it's 90%? 1 million usd could possibly happen.

According to CoinTelegraph, 19% of the world population had bought cryptocurrencies before 2019. It has been almost 2 years now, so that means more than 20% already owns crypto by now. It is true that the more people will buy crypto, the better the BTC price will become as it is mostly the trading pair of every crypto. Getting to 90% of the world population involve in cryptocurrency does not seem impossible for the next decade. According to Wiki, only 53.6% of the world population have access to technologies.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: ETH GAS FEE IS DOWN 70%
« on: August 23, 2020, 04:08:21 AM »
Even though the gas fee decreased compared to last week, it is still high. I do not want to make a transaction for a dollar unless it is very important. It is true that crypto-users have laid low in using the ethereum network.

Right now here are the ranks from https://ethgasstation.info/ where Uniswap leads followed by TUSD and Forsage(Scam).

Bounties & Rewards [BOUNTY] / Re: Become a Verasity Influencer
« on: August 23, 2020, 03:39:29 AM »
Hi! I would like to suggest to post Proof of Authentication here because for sure there will be a lot who will cheat using multiple accounts on this campaign. Especially that Verasity is already traded then there is a risk of farming from this campaign.

In your opinion, whether cryptocurrency can be an option in making long-term investments? and what advice would you give to do that? whether to buy bitcoin or the like?

Whether long term or short term, depends on the circumstances of the market conditions. Like if you purchase Bitcoin at higher price, you have to wait if fall the market or if you purchased at low price, you can sell it short time if you get profits but holding for more time can give you more profits. Basically, time period depends on the market and your strategies.

Yow it does not apply to all cryptocurrencies. I have held a few altcoins before and ended up losing even more. Most of these cryptos gets a pump and dump that is why we cannot just randomly hold any time of crypto. The best choices are to peak top cryptos like XRP and ETH because for sure they will last a very long time in the crypto market as many uses these type of coins.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Red market, has bull-run ended?
« on: August 22, 2020, 12:29:12 PM »
Ups and Downs is the natural way of crypto market as we can see the down trend now after a constant uptrend. I don't think bull run ended, rather i can say 'it is a correction'. DeFi projects in the last few weeks touched sky and now returning to the ground. Before investing in DeFi project, we have to think and select correct time.

Looks like majority of you here sees this slight draw back as an adjustment from the mini-bull run. Most sees this as a good sign for an upcoming bull run. That means now is the best time to purchase again if ever you missed to purchase before. Again this is all a speculation so there is no guarantee that you will earn profit from this.

Hi! 2 Weeks ago I have submitted my KYC requirements and waited for approval but until now there has been no update. What happened? I sent a private message to Administrator but there is still no response.

Nyeeee I dont think sooo.. $340,000 USD for 1 BTC is too much and too early. Possible price it may reach next year will be at $50,000 USD basing from my speculation. Going up 2800% next year is just damn too crazy. Reaching $50,000 will make people start selling already. Imagine the market capitalization if BTC price reaches $340,000 USD.

Voting / Re: Hold ETH or invest in ERC-20 tokens?
« on: August 20, 2020, 01:03:18 PM »
I think you need to hold now and try to invest as much as possible in Ethereum if you have extra money, because Ethereum has not had good growth for a long time and therefore this good growth should soon begin.

It has been a long without a massive increase for Ethereum. Since you are waiting for Ethereum 2.0, much better to hold than invest them into some of ERC20. Just wait Ethereum 2.0 and it's possible huge demands.

Hoping for Ethereum to find a solution against their high transaction fees because it burns a lot of money from our pockets whenever we try to make a transaction. I have notice also that there has been crypto projects right now trying to beat the Ethereum network. One example is Quark Chain, they have launched mainnet a year ago already and they have lower transaction fees.
