Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Buy low sell high?

I tried this method once but not in coinbase but a similar one. Converting cryptocurrency to fiat at high and converting fiat to cryptocurrency at low. I did manage to earn .3% for 2 hours or so but it may be considered lucky.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Selling house for bitcoin
« on: October 08, 2018, 04:11:26 PM »
Nice move for investing in cryptocurrency. I already heard some stories that sold all their properties and bough bitcoins and altcoin and I think it was around 2016. Surely they are millionares now.

We don't know maybe your friend would also be rich but too much risk.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why aren't more woman in btc
« on: October 06, 2018, 04:34:19 PM »
I think there are pretty amount of woman involve.

Of my two times buying used GPU cards both of the sellers were female. This would mean there female miners. It just seems they quit with cryptomining faster.

I saw something similar to this in YouTube but does not involve cryptocurrency or other payment systems. They usually use China based servers and highly regulated such as Alipay and WeChat.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: What is Bitcoin
« on: October 02, 2018, 07:17:19 PM »
Bitcoin is the very first digital money or cryptocurrency that used the block chain technology. It is thus the oldest available cryptocurrency since 2009. Anyone can have bitcoin and be involved with it just like fiat currency.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How popular is bitcoin in your country?
« on: September 30, 2018, 04:32:20 PM »
I think in my country around a quarter know cryptocurrency and a quarter of that are directly involved in cryptocurrency. There are even cryptocurrency institutions that helps enlarge these percentage.

Just my guess. I think its a way to encourage us to post in another thread. Just take me as an example. Whenever I write and post, it goes back to the thread list. I then click another interesting thread.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Invest in Bitcoin or Bank?
« on: September 21, 2018, 03:14:40 PM »
Bitcoin investment is much more lucrative than the Bank investment. Bitcoin investment is a great opportunity for us to increase our wealth and assets as the fluctuations in price can increase BTC to more than 100%.

Basing on your post, its definitely better to invest in bitcoin if income and interests is your priority. But if you want stability and non-volatility, choose a bank.

I'm also wondering why this too much decrease of Ethereum price. While other cryptocurrency are decreasing Ethereum decreases too much. Maybe due to its tokens? I hope prices goes up again.

You can check ROI coin. Small volume pretty good for small investment. It does stake pretty big as well. One downside is it has only one exchange for now. You can buy some at cryptohub.online

Noticed that too since. It seems time to check out altcoinstalks.com. Newbies must be redirected to altcoinstalk and check this platform. Of course this forum has rules too and I like altcointalks rules/moderations than BCT.

Stable Coins Forum / Re: Is tether good to hold for long term
« on: September 20, 2018, 11:04:07 AM »
I don't think a long terms investment here is good. There is no guaranteed USD 1 is to 1 backup. Maybe a short term investment is good just during dips.  If i can recommend, its better to use TUSD since they are at least legally registered.

Yes they did it all jr. members. You can see the new post of theymos where a simple Jr. Member needs at least 1 merit and onward. This action just makes their forum seems a bit newbie unfriendly.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: How confidence are your in altcoins?
« on: September 20, 2018, 10:37:24 AM »
In terms of mining, altcoins are pretty good right now since they have the most profitability. even though, hopes prices to rise again.

Most altcaoins are pretty great and stable for now like Ripple.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Bad experience at Crypto.
« on: September 20, 2018, 10:34:45 AM »
I think one bad experience I have in cryptocurrency is when I send Bitcoin cash to a bitcoin address. It seems those coins are now totally lost.

Speaking of bad experiences, seems bitcointalk.org made an update to their ranking system. It seems newbies would had a hard time growing their.
