Even though I participated in various ico campaigns, and I got rewarded tokens, but I did not invest with ico. because I think that ico has a large potential risk, which can be destroyed when market prices continue to fall. every time I get a reward, what I do is sell it and convert the ico coin to eth. and I started storing it in eth form. or other coins that I think have the potential to grow in the future.

I personally doesn't has exact date for this wait of massive pump, but i'm just hopping that the pumping will be happen this close end of year or at the beginning of 2019.
I think that will be the perfect time if all the coins getting their price spiking.

Coins on the top ranks are rated more settled and ready to last a long time. When selecting the coins for investment in the long term is certainly a good thing done than have to try the new coins. many tops ranked coins now has become large and has the potential for much more than that.

They said they are up to support it which is why they are regulating thru SEC. It kind of make sense but there seem signs that they are also trying to kill it. There are less than 5% in the world who are using it as they say but they are already trying to kill crypto, you can imagine how scared they are once it will increase up to 10%.

Currently the best option is to buy Ethereum, because all Ethereum coins have the potential for long-term investment. in a market situation that is currently not good, buying for storage is the best choice.

Bitcoin is great, as technology and development. The price will follow sooner or later.

Beware, that website is calling certain altcoin(s)/fork(s) to be the real/correct Bitcoin. Those altcoins may indeed not be great, and our business would be to tell the people that all the coins that contain some other words "around" Bitcoin are not the real deal and they are not so great.
