Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Can we say bounty is an investment?
« on: October 29, 2018, 06:56:02 AM »
I don't think so, it's given as a bonus for the campaign you are working on. But most people do that to collect ETH, there are some people who use it to trade, exchange Fiat and little is used for investment capital in the ICO.

It seems Bitcoin is still on the decline and has no sign of stopping.
Why do you think like that? I am not convinced by your opinion, at the moment the SEC seems to have positive thinking about bitcoin, the Bakkt Platform will also be released in December. The possibility of FX traders also going to crypto.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Altcoins to invest in 2018
« on: October 28, 2018, 03:02:10 PM »
You have enough high rank on forum, but you ask very strange/incorrect question.
But if you think that our opinion will help you make the right choice then OK, here is my list: EOS, Waves Community Token (WCT), Fantom.
All members are free to do that, asking with simple things is enough to make this forum grow. Based on your choice, I did not find them growing well, only EOS had significant technological growth while waves and phantoms did not have unique powers.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: which altcoins have the best technology
« on: October 28, 2018, 11:44:02 AM »
I want to ask you all, which altcoins have the best technology? please let me know so I can invest in altcoins that have good technology
If you ask about technology, I can answer based on the activities of their living GitHub or their most active nodes. Because we know that blockchain system security is seen from the total active nodes, the more it becomes stronger. The theft case on the Ethereum platform does not come from the system, but comes from a smart contract that gives access to their wallet automatically. See this link for a comparison of GitHub: https://coincheckup.com/analysis/github In terms of Bitcoin technology ranks first, then followed Ethereum, Ripple, BCH, EOS and Stellar.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: The best time to take profit in Trading
« on: October 28, 2018, 11:17:58 AM »
Cryptocurrency Trading is fun and captivating especially when you are always up with profit no matter the situation of the market, of course who wouldn't be happy when you are successful in what you do?
In many situations we are confronted with the choices of should I exit the market now or should I stay, and swiftly as this may be decision need to be made fast to be able to keep up with a moving trade. For day traders avoid exiting the market when the chart is already down especially if you are not at profit, it is better to take profit when you are comfortably at profit even though the market is still green and wait for a next dip than waiting till market has gone against you and you are struggling with cutting off more loss.
Based on what you said it seems you have experienced a bull market and bear market, not all traders dare to enter the bear market except for scalping techniques. This will be risky when trading with passion because the market will deceive you quickly. You must determine a strategy and be smart to count between buying orders and selling orders, so you will be able to determine a good decision to buy or sell.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Vitalik Buterin: A Scammer?
« on: October 27, 2018, 06:39:01 PM »
We must believe that crypto is indeed a new business in the digital era, even though Vitalik does that is normal. The Ethereum platform on smart contracts does not bring many honest people to their projects, nor is a smart contract a guarantee for investors' money. I think that researcher doesn't understand how they do business.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Ethereum $ 218 is a bottom or a springboard.
« on: October 27, 2018, 06:28:39 PM »
I am not sure about EOS. Despite having the opportunity to replace Ethereum. His notes that Vitalik buterin is not a newcomer, he is also a smart developer. Seeing that I am sure that Ethereum will never be left behind with other platforms unless they have calculations to reduce fees and speed up transactions.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Which is more high value? Btc or eth?
« on: October 27, 2018, 06:08:37 PM »
You must understand that both are created differently, bitcoin has the most active nodes of other coins compared to ethereum is still much different. But Ethereum has the privilege of having a smart contract so that Ethereum's popularity exists because of the ICO where the ethereum platform can create many tokens. So, in my opinion you have different needs from me. I use ethereum for short-term investments and save bitcoin for long-term investments, decisions in your hands.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: I choose alts and ignore bitcoins
« on: October 27, 2018, 06:00:05 PM »
I have a slightly different strategy, I buy cheap altcoins that I really like, Doge, Litecoin, Peercoin, with the idea that if bitcoin jumps, they might jump more.  If something jumps independently of the market, I might sell half and buy other cheap coins.  Next five years will be interesting in crypto world, as legalization and banning news might stir the market.
Right, it must be like that. We must understand the trading strategy and buy cheap altcoins then sell expensive to collect bitcoin. I believe that collecting bitcoin is the best strategy for investing because bitcoin is recorded to have the most active nodes of all coins.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Is Africa a good place for crypto?
« on: October 27, 2018, 05:55:05 PM »
True, I saw that and some of the projects that grew there were related to finance such as crypto exchanges and banks. Although some of the projects are dead, but that does not rule out the possibility that Africa is the most open country for crypto, see several exchanges there via the link: What Are The Top 10 Bitcoin Cryptocurrency Exchanges In Africa?

26
Most Crypto are engaged in the financial world and few projects want to change people's views that not crypto will change the world but the technology behind Crypto is blockchain technology. Many blockchain benefits and anything can be done with blockchain, blockchain is almost like a cloud server but has advantages and disadvantages. So I think your statement about crypto can change the world is wrong, but blockchain technology will change the world.

The bear market is causing people to be afraid of seeing their money disappear and it has an impact on the market, most of them are newcomers who do not understand the trade. You give a positive view that the market wave is not always concave. I believe what you say is that the market will increase. I say that I have a tendency, see this article: Bakkt Bitcoin Futures Start Trading. Some well-known companies also participate.

28
I don't think that is a big risk for an investor, unless they intend to trade and want quick profit. Many newcomers experience the bear market because they are not ready to see their money decrease and that is enough to cause a market crash. So they have to tell many people that crypto is at high risk, even though if they see the trade is fair enough the amount of supply and demand is quite clear.

29
Any activity must be risky, but when we know which ones are at high risk and which give a high chance. Crypto brings the financial world more efficiently and makes someone practice managing their respective assets. The real risk is to eliminate the monetary system in the banking system, but when crypto is truly regulated through good regulations and systems, it will remove risks and bring benefits to humans.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Are you a victim of the word HOLD?
« on: October 27, 2018, 10:31:34 AM »

True, currently "Hold" is a trap that must be avoided especially for tokens that support ERC20 because they are almost imperfect and do ICOs only to fund their efforts. They don't think of investors who want to support the project. Although there are some who do development to be given to investors who have supported it.

But there are exceptions for some coins like BTC, BCH and XRP. The coin is worthy of being held.
