So this means that soon most of the DEX'es stop being decentralized in the fully meaning of that word?

Can be both. No one really knows. But all this happen before, ~5500 is nothing new, but if we go lower this will be a disaster.

The current cryptocurrency market is going down due to the too much negative news. So you should invest in BTC and ETH for going to the moon surely.

 I don't know who i am according to this term, but i know for sure that yesterday i become less rich.

Old unpopular cryptocurrencies will die, replaced by new a more perspective coins with 2.0 technology. Also i believe that coins like Ether will continue to evolve coz of DEX'es like ethremium.com.

When it comes to bitcoin - i HODL,  when it comes to bitcoin cash - i sell that shitcoin, other tokens, that i trade on ethermium.com, depends on future of this token. I believe that Ether, Ether Classic, 0x... will be huge in 2019.
