defi token is now popular because of its good system and easy to understand, in my opinion tokens that are from a clear project will usually last a long time like aave, sushi is good for long-term investment

I have a favorite defi token quite a lot like uni, aave, polkadot.

I like it because it can be made for long term investment when I don't have time to trade but still get profit from hold
