Ofc Utopia messenger contains stickers. But the main thing is that you can share info with your friends in all secure.

it's suck that you can't add your own stickers like in telegram and other messengers
and i choose, some people say offensive, nickname and admin ask me to change it, not very cool for a totally free community

if you have tested it, do they really have all functionality they promised?

hmmmm i ve heard about the project before and i really shocked that they ve finally made it for beta-testing.
i know that the idea is really promising, glad to understand, that  worldwide experts are making a secure and private place for everyone

I brougth NEO earlier this yearl, not disappointed with it. But i expected way more.
