I think the market is relatively stable now than what it should to be 2months back.
The fact is that we may never see a more stable market because of the volatile nature of cryptocurrency.

It's so suprising that some developers and bounty managers see bounty hunters as beggars that should be treated anyway they deem fit , forgetting that without bounty hunters ,no one will create awareness fir their projects.

I think that icos fail these days because of the prevailing market conditions.
The market condition is triggered;y the volatility nature of Cryptocurrency ,which constitutes a turn to investor.
Even developers are withdrawing because the money raised from icos has drastically reduced .

I have seen many if the projects that conducted IOEs that have a running bounty program.
And there are many that are still doing ico and have bouty programe.
So there's no cause for alarm as bounty hunters will not be affected in any way.
