Sorting Box / Re: "Not Your Keys, Not Your Bitcoin"

Now a lot of similar proposals, but everything has its own specifics, you need to gather as much information, and everything to check - it is important.

2020 has gone and greatly backed my belief in a strong potential of digital coins. They have more than just met my expectations - they have even surpassed them and I’m happy that I invested in cryptocurrency, in particular Bitcoin with this broker. For the last two months of 2020, I managed to earn $500 and now my depo accounts for $725.
Of course, I could earn more if I used bigger lots, but my initial depo wasn’t big enough for that.
When Bitcoin started skyrocketing once again I immediately lost interests in other assets, including currency pairs and metals and focused on BTC. So, I’m satisfied with my latest experience with this broker. The only thing I want to be improved is that the broker doesn’t support any other cryptos except for BTC. I hope it will add more soon.

I can illustrate it as a mixture of curiosity and fear. Bigger lots certainly make me more nervous but my strong interest in trading gradually overcomes it. When I used smaller lots, I had a feeling that it’s very safe. That’s a very cozy feeling you know. But it weakens your will and as a result your readiness to develop as a trader gradually decreases. You know that a human brain always resists any attempts to go beyond your comfort zone. It keeps sabotaging it and it does it very skillfully. It seems to you that you are controlling yourself but in reality you are “sleeping”, making very subtle moves towards what you want, gradually stepping back from it. For the last time, I have learned one crucial thing. It’s much easier to tame your lazy brain if you trade a lot.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Should we be stocking up on ALTS?

Now this group of assets is really becoming popular and in demand.
It's a pity that it's hard to work with it every day, but during the ascent period you can get just an incredible income.

I will try all this stuff later. I have a deep interest in the crypto world. It’s very promising in terms of marking money, but I need some time to get used to bigger lots, in particular, 0.1-0.5.

21
And be sure not to forget to tell us how it ended.

Perhaps, I will follow your advice and try XRP and ETH later. I’m currently trading BTC with AAFX and really enjoy how the broker executes my orders.  I’m focusing on BTC now as I believe it's easier to trade. Afterall, it’s the number one digital coin with the biggest liquidity, and respectively investment potential. Besides this, as I know, this broker doesn’t support any other digital coins except for BTC. So, to trade altcoins I need to do this with another broker to to wait until AAFX will introduce. As of now, trading BTC only with this broker suits me.

Trading (Not crypto) / Re: Understanding Porter's Five Forces

Yes, and today there are already strategies based on this strategy.
So yes, it's cool that you remind us of that.

Restrictions are normal.
Any activity must be regulated and structured.

Distributing risks across multiple assets is indeed the right decision. Because you can always take care of yourself. The main thing is not to save time for analysis.

26
No, yet, but I’m planning to try it soon. I’m very interested in this broker’s exclusive offer.  I trade cautiously and earned just 80 bucks trading 0.1 lot of BTC.

27
I decided to go ahead. Now I’m using 0,1. I tried currency pairs along with BTC first, but I think I'm gonna stick to crypto assets only. I can't stand the load of economic news releases that influences the rates that much for fiat currencies!

Basic questions about this forum / Re: Rank in ALTCOINTALK
« on: November 01, 2020, 12:44:26 PM »
To be ranked you need to be an active member and by being active the right way. Do not just create random repetitive threads and expect to be ranked You need to have some new content that you feel like you have to share with the community and it should be valid content.

29
Of course, I will do this soon. I’m interested in AAFX, in particular, their withdrawable bonus. So, soon I’m going to shift to 0,1. As for 1:2000, I think it’s too early for me to try this stuff.

true, I've never met a person having a direct positive slippage experience. But that could be a nice marketing trick though for brokers to promote they can actually have positive requotes or slippages. Like a free lottery that you never win, but that's a nice feeling to know you do have a chance :)
I have finally decided to open a real trading account. I deposited $200 and started trading currency pairs, using 0,01 lots and 1:500 leverage. Well, these are not big volumes but I want to gradually move from demo trading to real one and such volumes are OK in this regard.
