There are alot of exchanges in crypto market where you start your trading and get a good profit but there are some great exchanges which i recommend for you . in my opinion your start from binance , kucoin , mexc , pancakeswap, hotbit etc....
Can you suggest me few with low fees?

Dont look for exchange with lowest fees. Often low fees equals problems, starting from support, withdrawals, and ending with being scammed. I dont think that paying for example 3$ for a withdrawal instead of 50 cents is not much to be insured against problems. And those who trade huge amounts, dont bother much about fees.

I have the same doubt. There are many projects getting failed and there are certain persons those who are single handly controlling the flow. So my main concern is if cryptos are good as centralised or decentralised?

The future for cryptos is bright. No doubt right now they are in a bad condition but people are not understanding the concept behind it. People need to read about the concept and understand it.
