Any latest update?? missed this as I was gone for a while
After FTX sold all GBTC to compensate users, BTC price fell to $39K and then recovered strongly to $64K. Currently, Genesis is probably selling $1.3B in GBTC and causing the price to move sideways in the $60K-64K range[1]. I hope that all of Genesis' GBTC will be quickly absorbed by the remaining ETF providers in the market, keeping the BTC price from falling into the $5xK zone!

I hope so and it should be soon as ETFs continue the muscle flexing intthe aspect of BTC.
For (every sale in firm)
Return ETF absuption. ;D
Although,  I still here the viral saying of an upcoming dip  from TAs

Keeping is just the real deal here , surely we are expecting an ATH soon not more than 2025.
For now I think its trying to build up a strong support at the current Prince bottom from your chart any brak out is directly  to the pin point as you've  mentioned .
More dips to catch  :D
BTC's strong price increase this week really surprised me. It seems that the fact that FTX has finished liquidating their GBTC has reduced the selling pressure in the OTC market, thereby allowing buying pressure to prevail and pushing BTC price to $48k. We are seeing a direct impact from the BTC Spot ETF.

Anyway, I do not deny the growth of BTC price. I want to see it higher and higher, this will be confirmation for investors to continue to be optimistic and greedy, the crypto market will have more motivation to grow.

Snip
I know you made your little research  to make this post, so don't feel bad  when you get corrected just take it as part of gaining more knowledge.
From your post you were only talking about the ERC-20 network but there are couple other which have been  listed for you(BEP 2 BEP 20,TRON,BSC alot)
Ethereum gas fees are kinda high but depending on the exchange it could take at least $1 to send $10 worth of USDT.
For btc using a non custodial wallet or the bitcoin core gives the choice of calculating your inputs and outputs  along with v/bytes to determining your fee and this v/bytes varies with how congested the mempool is.Making transactions With lower fee while the mempool is congested could make transactions wait for days, even weeks or months until the mempool gets less congested and miners are willing to mine at your fee rate .
Can't start busting it all here but you could do more research on your own  :)

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How do you think is enough to hold?
« on: February 24, 2024, 08:21:03 PM »
Op I get your point and it's  normal to get inquisitive over one expectation on holding.
However, there will come  a time when you would have to use some some strategy which is trading while holding  simply trading small amounts  to buy dips and thus greatly works for those with larger accumulations .

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How often do you buy bitcoins at this time?
« on: February 24, 2024, 08:16:38 PM »
I have long term planning with weekly accumulation for investing in bitcoin, not care with current price on the high or lower because my target keep investing every week until several years later and my financial keep supported for accumulating. I think if some one scare with weekly or monthly for investing and accumulating bitcoin, they will hold their moment for re investing when bitcoin in the higher price and directly difficult to get investment with bitcoin in lower price.
Make more delay for investing in bitcoin will have bigger opportunity for us investing in bitcoin with lower price, halving have been in front of us and why still scare keep accumulate for investing in bitcoin?
Yeah that's a good choice mate, it doesn't really.matter the price you get it or you are using for purchase nor the market movement, just a focus on more accumulation  to one's portfolio and that's more of a DCA buying  strategy

>> We have now seen BTC test $39K, a key level, and continue to rise. $32.5K is my expectation zone, not a mandatory zone where BTC needs to retest. In 2016, we only saw one pinbar weekly candle at Fibo 0.5. We will continue to observe BTC price movements over the next few weeks.
I still keep my BTC for the long-term goal of ATH in 2025 ^^

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: How do I recover my stolen coin?
« on: February 02, 2024, 08:49:03 AM »

Good opinion, I agree we should avoid pishing, don't put assets in exchange wallet for along time and choose the secure wallet.
Always be careful in crypto world.
Because it's about fund.
Probably  avoiding  clicking unnecessary and unverified links , installing free softwares,  downloading  bntested and unverified apps could help with staying away from phishing. Besides, phishing still requires information so probably avoiding filling unnecessary forms and signups could help too

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How would you feel if bitcoin returned to $5k?
« on: February 02, 2024, 08:44:08 AM »
It will take a long downfall in economy to make BTC drop to that amount, probably the end  of the world or we found ourselves  in an illusive world ;D,but seriously Bitcoin isn't going down that much ever again.
Besides, if that occurs then the whole crypto alts should be at zero :D

Bitcoin Forum / Re: could adoption make BTC price less volatile?
« on: February 02, 2024, 08:34:15 AM »

Holding is suitable for investment, especially hold for long term investment.Talking about volatility,  we all know crypto is volatility. It's the reason  why we prefer in trading. But The greater the market volume, the less volatile it will be. Adoption bitcoin will reduce volatility, but just less volatile
BTC is always a volatile coin and it will continue  to be  I don't see why adoption  could make it less volatile  :o
probably the eliminatio of the influencers  or people having  equal amount of my BTC throughout could make it less volatile which can never be possible  :D. So it will continue to being volatile

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Hold and trade which is best for you?
« on: February 02, 2024, 08:28:13 AM »

Holding is best as compared to short term because in short term the person is in tension all the time whereas in holding the person is not in tension he is tension free and he imagines if he will benefit in the future how much will he benefit i.e. He's putting this stuff in and time is going by and suddenly he's so profitable long-term because this whole market is run on bitcoin, that is, if you hold bitcoin one day you will get a lot of benefit from it because bitcoin can never die. You must have seen all the previous charts, how many times bitcoin has gone down, but then what is yours. Goes back into place.

So better think about long term as holding the coins not to sell for a few dollars as short term.
Your stamens seem to be controversial at the beginning  compared to what you used as the ending, probably  you should review and edit or you mean "Holding is as best as compared to long term ". Although your last statement buttressed your point but you might need to review  :)
