But however in times of Bitcoin holding you don't  need much knowledge  before you could start holding and also with holding you will have a relaxed mind and free from panicking because your target is holding for a long time, however those that normally trade use to go through a lot of emotional trauma if there trade is going against there direction.

I doubt if adoption could stop the volatility of Bitcoin but however if adoption could stop the volatility of Bitcoin which means that must people will remove there interest on Bitcoin because when we talk about adoption of Bitcoin it means that everybody will hold there Bitcoin and never to sell and it will reduce the circulation and if there is no possibility for people to buy Bitcoin they automatically look for another coin as an alternative which will also affect Bitcoin potential.

However the truth is that is a normal thing for an assets that has a very good potential to be volatile because a lot of people are coming every minutes to either sell or buy Bitcoin, so no matter the amount of holding there would always be volatility on Bitcoin because we have three set of investors one is for long time holding the second is for short-term holding while the third is for traders, so even if people decided to hold, traders will always create volatility.

Yeah you are right in times of Bitcoin considering how volatile it can be the best way is true holding but however is quite unfortunate that most people prefers short-time holding because of the greed of taking advantage of the market when there investment is on profits, and sometimes after selling there Bitcoin they could hardly see another opportunity to buy again, however in as much as the only way to see the true potential of Bitcoin is through holding but it takes determination to be able to hold because there would always be some temptations along the line. But whichever way we view it holding is always the best because if we consider those that invested 10 years ago and how much there investment has worth now you will see the need why we must hold.

Actually without being told someone will know that Bitcoin has a bright future, meanwhile without the existence of Bitcoin every other cryptocurrencies will cease to exist because Bitcoin is the heart of cryptocurrencies, and also most people criticize Bitcoin based on there individual reasons however there are some countries that has restriction on Bitcoin and those countries will always say bad things about Bitcoin,  however as someone who has a big trust on Bitcoin I can never be discouraged of other people speculation or bad talk against Bitcoin because even when Bitcoin was still very low in price most people still doubt it potential and look how far it has gone now, so there is every chance that Bitcoin will even do more than it does because the future is very clear.

Manchester United and Wolves match today was actually very unpredictable because nobody would have imagine that the match will end this way because at the end Manchester United almost lost the chance of wining Wolves because there performance was very good during the early time of the match and they were able to give Wolves 3-1 and afterwords they became too relaxed and wolves had to utilize the opportunity to equalize the goal but Manchester United manages to score another one making it 4-3.

Yeah truly health is wealth because is only people that is healthy that will have desire to aspire for something but however is quite unfortunate that most people did not realize how important it is to be healthy because they have been overwhelmed by the desire of achieving there goals and objectives in live forgotten that health is the most important thing that should be considered that's why I don't joke with my health I make sure I'm always fit.

Actually I don't believe on shitcoins because they can easily be manipulated by media influencers and most of them use it as an opportunity to make money by hyping the shitcoins for investors to come in and at the end they make there money leaving investors hanging, so perhaps why think about shitcoins while we have Bitcoin that's very trust worthy and the best coin in the world that has a very good potential, so to me Bitcoin is my only option.
