Softcap is the absolute minimum they need to go forward with the project, hard cap is when they stop the ICO because they met what they need to succeed

If you don't know how to claim forked coins it would be easier to simply move it to an exchange that will support the fork

That is for ethereum, but you hold NEO then you can get NEO GAS for free, and it is tradeable on the exchanges

Some people copy the name of an admin and then try to ask people to invest at low price. Have to be careful of scams

Also, it is not always good to access this wallet using the json key. There is an option to view the wallet only, this avoids phishing hacks from taking your tokens

You won't know if it's legit, just do your own research and hope you have made the right decision. Scam icos are everywhere and on every forum, but there are also many good ones out there.
