EOS Forum / Re: Is POW safer than POS ?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:57:20 AM »
In case of money related services, every computer wants to have maximum security protection from the potential hackers.

Due to the disincentives in the PoW system, it becomes unattractive to bad actors and has exited. Attacking a PoW network is not cheap, and one might end up spending more than he can steal.

The PoS algorithm needs better protection as it is cheaper to attack. The deposits of the validities serve as collateral, and if they go against the rules and create an invalid block, they will lose their deposit. Both are pretty much safe to be used.

But the PoS system still has the upper hand due to the collateral involved.

Cardano Forum / Re: hold cardano!
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:49:49 AM »
As for me Cardano is a coin that can be held for several years. And I am sure that this project will constantly develop and the coin will become more expensive. Now even the most daring forecasts for this coin can seem ridiculous in a few years. The coin has a great future.

Cardano Forum / Re: why invest in cardano?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:40:50 AM »
The Cardano project, my opinion, has great potential and will demonstrate its capabilities next year. At the moment, most modern designs of cryptomarket are based on a second generation blockchain. Developers Cardano took a step forward and developed the key elements of the blockchain, which is already attributed to the third generation of blockchain.

Cardano Forum / Re: Cardano’s future
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:36:13 AM »
Cheapness of the coin is so important index for the investment and so many people rely on this characteristic only. It is a great mistake I think. But Cardano is very interesting alternative cryptocurrency in the deal with its price. Experts say Cardano will be in the top of cryptomarket in the future at all and now it is a good opportunity to make the foundation for the future work with it. I am going to take part of Cardano’s becoming and I am looking forward about its way of growing. Do you like Cardano? Have you bought  this one? Do you have any predictions?

It looks like another improved blockbuster platform was released and I came across the project information. I found behind the project a very large team but I still can't come to a conclusion. I will continue to monitor the project for accurate information

Monero Forum / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:26:34 AM »
Yes, Monero is anonymous and a cheap transaction fee coin. But more importantly, most mining softwares, add-ons, extensions, website etc. mine Monero and then convert it to Bitcoins and other crypto currency . So in that way, it will always be in circulation and use. As far as how good investment it is, I think it might give you average returns, but don't expect any magic from it. Zcash, Dash etc. might give you better returns in the same category.

Monero Forum / Re: XMR Or Eth?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:21:05 AM »
I like both XMR and ETH, for me they are at the moment the only alternatives to BTC worth of investing and long term hodling without permanent fear of total loss like in some other short lived fantasy-crypto projects. XMR has the potential to enable cryptousers with options we always hoped BTC would do. I say "potential".

Dash Forum / Re: Does Dash Have Competitors?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:12:40 AM »
Another point for Dash that it will have a decentralised budget funds system in place that will make sure that future projects
will get funded though Dash's blockchain (it will be implemented with next update).

In my eyes this will mean that Dash as project can keep developing itself and does not risk drying up due to lack of funding.
This in contrast to other altcoins (and Bitcoin) who really need funds, any funds to keep operating. This (again in my eyes) increases the
surviveability of Dash as coin and keeps the community involved (which is rather large and active already).

Dash Forum / Re: What is the future of the DASH?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:07:51 AM »
Dash is maybe a great currency but it is not suited to say that it is the future of the currency because there is still a lot of coins to choose all over the market because if you are really concern for the currency of the future then you need to consider bitcoin and ethereum because those two are only suited for me to say that one of them is the future of the currency.

Dash Forum / Re: Dash Vs Bitcoin?
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:02:51 AM »
Why you compare Bitcoin to Dash? They are very different and Bitcoin will alway win against altcoins because Bicoin is more popular and widery accepted by a lot of people. In my opinion, you should compare Dash and Monero or Zcash because they offer anonymous transactions and those are altcoins. Anyway both of them are great coins but I think Bitcoin will win because Bitcoin dont have premine like Dash so it is more legit.

Seen from my project is more interested in choosing ethereum  compared to dash, indeed both have advantages and disadvantages of each in many aspects, but the market will tend to be more crowded ethereum .

Litecoin Forum / Re: Will Litecoin recover?
« on: October 02, 2018, 09:22:57 AM »
For me Litecoin like Bitcoin is a future coin, a coin which will be with us in the future.
We all know bitcoin is being used more as a store of value and is being 'spent' less.
Litecoin will be the spendable coin.

I compare bitcoin and litecoin to Gold and FIAT. We dont go to a shop to buy goods
with Gold we use FIAT same with Bitcoin and Litecoin, Litecoin will be the spendable
coin IMO.

It depends if you want to risk and believe that ltc will has the same pump like he got recently. For me the best one of those three is etherum, lowest risk and you could earn some after not long time.

Litecoin Forum / Re: Why should I invest in Litecoin?
« on: October 02, 2018, 09:11:37 AM »
You said this was for the future. So I will assume that means years and not months or weeks. If that was the case, then you made a good choice. Litecoin has experienced amazing runs this year, but not so high that you feel it is over. It is always ahead even of Bitcoin in development, but that is the natural case for Litecoin as everyone knows it is a testing ground for technology like Segwit and even now Lightning network. Charlie Lee is the lead dev and so active to promote it.
