I would say definetly it is a long term investment and even if there will be some ups and downs as an investor you should just buy and forget it for some years .

the situation is indeed how you have mentioned because I never used it for buying anything, even if I want to use there are so few places in my country so that I can`t even offer to pay with btc.

the problem with btc talks is that they usually ban without any explanations, high members can put negative trust without listening and I think they want to keep the profit just for themselves by doing this.

there are many alts that have fallen more than 10x and indeed are good projects, if I had money I would definetly invest on these kind of alts where the profit may be huge within some months.

when I first started I had a goal in every trading and to be honest I have no loses or only loses in profits but as soon as we started the bull run and wanted more x`s without any goals than I had lost the most of my portfolio.

well the truth is that after you have lost your money the stress immediately reduces and takes another form, also after you win money the stress takes the form of greed that makes you lose money and become angry again, at least this is my cycle.
