This is pure speculation. How is people running away from stocks even a sign that SEC will approve ETF and BAKKT? How are they even related? Will SEC base their decision on what's happening on the stock market?

i just think that ETF and BAKKT will be launched when there is enough initial gas. So that it can be pumped up to the moon!

Of course, I agree that the market has chances for growth with bakkt exchange, but the SEC will most likely postpone their decision again, maybe in 2019 the SEC will give their answer because the cryptocurrency will be regulated by the governments.

i think Feb 2019 is their last deadline. They have to either approve it or disapprove.

I don't have any idea for speculation right now. I have seen so many predictions but all of them ended with nothing. I am also not really sure if the launch of ETF proposal and bakkt may be the strong signal for bullrun. I just define the bullrun from the rise of prices significantly.

BTC went from 6k to 20k with the launching of Futures. ETF and BAKKT is more than enough for BTC.

if the prediction of BAKKT, SEC ETF is a big scenario to make the crypto price again, then we just need to wait, because the investment takes time and also patience to achieve the value we expect

ok for number 1, i have adjusted to less than 50 participants to be specific. Excluding translations
for number 2, will the bounty allocated for signature campaign be cut in half if there are only 20 applicants? there won't be less than 20 applicants, and usually i follow other bounty campaigns to avoid confusion, Hero/Legendary together.
i will give out lots of rewards, rest assured there won't be any cheating. The rewards won't be cut in half.
