Take away the decentralized structure from Bitcoin and you would have succeeded in defeating the major purpose for Bitcoin.
Although I believe that centralized Bitcoin structure could push Bitcoin into hitting it's full potential but it's not feasible.

They are on different levels and solve different problems.

Considering they are all risky but Bitcoin investment is highly to yield huge return on investment than bank.

Experience has shown that the best time to buy coins is when the market price is unstable and weak hands are dumping at loss.
