yang menilai kita sendiri. Bukan orang lain atau BM, BD juga sudah melakukan riset sebelum mempromosikan projeknya, soal sukses atau Gagal, harga tidak sesuai ekspentasi, wajarlah. Jangan salahkan orang lain, salahkan diri sendiri, kenapa mau mempromosikan projek mereka. Sekarang berekspentasi dengan bounty mendapatkan harga yang layak sangat susah. Jadi memang kalau tidak mau kecewa, ya tidak usah ikutan bounty.

sepintar apa agan bisa menentukan sebuah proyek itu bagus atau tidak, sekarang BM sudah pada pintar mengatur semua WP agar bisa terlihat baik. saya juga tidak meyakinkan seberapa banyak yang memperhatikan semua informasi diberikan oleh BM soal proyeknya.


saya tidak merasa bahwa dengan akun yang tinggi akan bisa lebih mengerti dan lebih tau wawasan seseorang, tidak percaya saya karena banyak yang mengejar target untuk bisa dapat akun tertinggi dengan posting sebanyak mungkin. berbesar hati bahwa pasti ada yang lebih pintar dan mengerti dari kita oleh sebab itu pengetahuan dan belajar tidak akan terhenti karena setiap saat selalu terbarukan.

justru saya tidak sependapat dengan apa yang agan katakan, kita berbeda persepsi dalam melihat bounty dan itu bisa saja terjadi dan saya menganggap hal yang wajar.
kalau saya lihat apa yang dilakukan mereka hanyalah kwantitas/banyaknya proyek yang bisa diluncurkan, saya belum melihat ada proyek yang benar benar berwalitas dan bisa membuat bounty hunter bisa setidaknya terhibur sedikit tidak perlu banyak.
karena yang dibutuhkan bounty hunter adalah pengakuan hasil kerja yang dilakukan ada penghargaan yang setidaknya layak.

BM BD terkesan mengejar target agar bisa terpenuhi sebanyak mungkin yang bisa ditampilkan untuk proyek barunya dan tidak melihat apakah proyek tersebut prospeknya bagus atau tidak. seharusnya sebagai BM juga memeriksa dan bisa memberikan kepercayaan kepada bounty hunter bahwa apa yang akan dikerjakan tidak akan mengecewakan.

pengalaman saya dengan BM yang pernah saya ikuti, BM BD harus banyak belajar dari mereka, untuk hal yang kecil saja seperti spreadsheet tidak pernah terlambat mengupdate dan ketika komplain bisa segera diselesaikan. belum lagi tidak sembarangan menerima proyek yang akan dipegangnya. karena mereka mengetahui bahwa reputasi akan jatuh kalau salah langkah sebab mereka menggunakan akun asli dan tidak pernah dengan akun tambahan/baru.

tetapi tetap tabah dan sabar karena ini memang sudah kenyataan.
