All bounty hunters are hoped to be paid in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other top coins, but it seems quite difficult for the team project. Commonly a project paid the bounty hunters with their tokens to spread out their tokens to community, while paying them with easy way. I think we will rarely find out a project that pays bounty hunters with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other top coins. It will be very risky to them when the project fails in ICO. 

I think most of people do the same option that's to hold their assets in bear market. I know it is not really good option but it is the only way to prevent more losses. I don't see a good way except holding for now.

I think the google only limited ico ads that exist today. I see the ico project is growing rapidly this year. can imagine if the ads remain. all will be full of ico ads.

I agree. I also think if they just limit the ICOs and make more strict rules. I don't know what the main purposes of the bans. They may try to minimize the low quality project or there is another reason.   

I will try to survive and wait for the improvement in crypto. I know there is no guarantee and certainty for the recovery of crypto market but I am still confidence if cryptocurrency can return to its best performance. I assume the investors still believe in crypto, they are just not really active on market because of the high fluctuation currently.

I think the same as you. The rise at the time, looked like a pump caused by whales. We could see the coin's volume on market did not experience with major changes. It indicates that not many people are involved in sell/buy activity.   

We already have a special section for bounties that require KYC : https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=326.0. I think it is a right solution and the rules made on the section seem very clear. Now, if we find a bounty that requires KYC on a wrong section, we can advise the OP to move it to KYC bounty + airdrop section.

I think it is a good change on ICOs. At least people won't be afraid of the listing place of the ICOs coins/tokens. People also can monitor the progress of token circulation on the exchange. And the other important one, people won't be deceived by the lure of quality exchanges.
