It is a good news for Ethereum users. However, will this achievement influence ICOs to have better future in this year? What do you think guys?

I'm surprised with your friend opinion. Where he get the idea, I am curious in something that inspire him to deliver the suggestion.

I never think that exchange is the safest place to store assets. Not all exchanges provide refund program to all members. Moreover, the refund should be on their tokens/coins and not in our coins like BTC or ETH. I think the idea very risky, I advise to not apply it mate.

Crypto market may be still unstable till this month ends. It should need a little longer time to come back to its best shape. We don't force the market to recover very soon. It is just begun to recover. So if it is still in red, it is normal for me. The market will improve gradually, and the prices can be in green constantly later on.

If I can do stock investment, then I may have already done business there. Unfortunately stock seems more complicated than crypto. Since invest in crypto is more friendly, I absolutely prefer to have investment on crypto. Moreover, we can invest both little or high amount of money in crypto. Just adjust your funds.

We can do both daily or weekly trading. Both can be effective if we know well the exchanges and holding proper coins. This requires us to check exchanges regularly. Actually I prefer to do weekly trading but it seems daily can have better profits.

People plan for long term investments in order to multiply the profits. Crypto coins are very volatile and unpredictable. Their prices can increase very significant after listing on exchanges within a certain period of time. The period can be months or years, depends on the project development and market condition. However, you must be smart to choose the right coins yet not all crypto coins can be successful to improve their prices.

What is the core problem that you want to discuss by this question? Do you think crypto in bad condition today? I think we have a problem with market condition, not with crypto world. I don't see a serious sign for bullrun yet. ETF cannot be the indicator for the sign of next bullrun. It may just trigger for the real signs, but who knows for the results. On the other hand, till now, we don't hear a positive improvement of the progress for ETF proposal.

It doesn't mean we should keep all our coins/tokens. We hold only for top altcoins and bitcoin for long term, it is what I do for my investment. I don't mind to keep my bounty or airdrop coins/tokens for long term investments. I will immediately sell them when the prices in proper rates. So, I target it in certain rates for selling them. Then, I will buy top altcoins or bitcoin for my real investment.

I am not surprised with the market that's very unstable and unpredictable. Since there are no strong signs for constant rise, I guess the prices will continue to fall down. A new year won't bring effect to crypto market, it doesn't effect to the interest of investors or triggers for a significant increase.

What signal? I don't see a good signal for the market recovery till now. All the signals are only about pump-dump, a temporary increase in a few days ago just ended with another red market. We still have no signals for the real green market period.
