I am still confused about to agree or disagree about the need of KYC on bounty programs. Why the team members really need our KYC whereas the bounty hunters don't invest in that project. I know they need the data to eliminate scammers, but I think it is not always by asking KYC.

KYC is important for the team project only. But it is possible to bring negative impacts to bounty hunters or investors. In my view, crypto system should be set to take advantages both for bounty hunters/investors and the team projects. The solutions is to have a guarantee.

Very good idea but sometimes it is not a good way to identify scams and fake ico. I think habit would be changed.

I agree, it sometimes doesn't good if the project turns to scam. Video KYC potentially harms investors and bounty hunters if their data are sent to scam projects. I have already read some cases about selling KYC data of ICO participants.

The bear market brings the effect of the low interest of investors to invest or buy crypto coins. I think it makes sense, people don't want to waste their money on cryptocurrency. Some coins also maybe turn to dead coins because of the long bear market. And there are many other impacts that have already appeared.

If I will mention the safest and most reliable altcoin that does not cause you loss while holding it, neither will it cause any  increase, is USDT.

I think OP means a potential coin to invest. The safest and reliable coins are commonly on top coins. We can choose one of the top coins for our investment. But I think it is not USDT, it is like you store money on US Dollar. There is no change, it tends to be always the same.
