Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Cryptocurrency or Fiat. What wins?
« on: November 07, 2018, 01:29:37 AM »
I can't totally cross off the thought or possibility of cryptocurrency completely taking over fiat currencies. With a little recognition and participation, cryptocurrencies can go beyond what we think right now. Although, if I were to place a bet, I'll say that both types of currencies will work hand in hand.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Making money with airdrops?
« on: November 07, 2018, 01:21:38 AM »
I've been into airdrops for a relatively short time but then I've really gained a lot from them. Considering the fact that it doesn't take much energy or time, I don't see why not. I just try to ignore the scammers and move on

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it !
« on: November 07, 2018, 01:16:18 AM »
Yes it is possible to make money from airdrops and yes it is worth the time and effort (most times)
It depends on the company. While some issues high amount of tokens, others offer very little. Unfortunately, you cannot ignore the scammers who also use that avenue alot. Though, I believe that the advantages outweighs the disadvantages

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Holders are losers?
« on: November 07, 2018, 01:11:49 AM »
I guess you have a point. But then looking at it critically, it all depends on the reason for holding it in the first place. Some hold to sell in a short time while others hold as a form of long term investment. Not necessarily because of inexperience

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Coins that have no price

I think the best option is to keep it. You gain nothing by discarding it, rather, you lose.
If you decide to keep it, there is a little chance that the value will rise someday.
Personally, when I have such coins without value, I keep it and also keep my fingers crossed. Who knows?

Before any investor would want to invest in a business, he or she would like to know more about what they're venturing into from the perception of the public. That's where bounty hunters come in. They create awareness about the business. I don't think anyone will invest in a Blockchain business where nothing is known.

On a personal note, I believe that bounty is more profitable than airdrop. The payment for bounty is much more higher than airdrops. Although bounty also requires much more work than airdrops.

General Discussion / Why did you join altcointalks
« on: November 02, 2018, 08:29:20 AM »
I joined altcointalks initially to get a platform for doing bounty works. Recently I've come to find altcointalks much more educative than I ever imagined. I've learnt so much in a few weeks than I've done in years. Thanks to the person who referred me to this forum.
Why did you join altcointalks and what is your experience so far?

Sorting Box / Re: Is It Safe To Leave Your Tokens On An Exchange
« on: November 02, 2018, 08:21:16 AM »
I don't really leave my tokens on exchange wallet. I only keep them there when I plan to sell immediately. But on long term basis, I don't store tokens on exchange wallets.

Thanks for the insight.
I've been looking for ways to gain more followers on Twitter
This is quite helpful. I'll try some of these methods you've pointed out.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: How do I keep my cryptocurrency safe?
« on: November 02, 2018, 08:07:54 AM »
Thanks for the information and tips. I have a question though. Are these hardware wallets like applications to download? Secondly are they 100% scam proof?

43
Good point. It's a win_win situation for both parties. The Blockchain owners gain as their projects gains more popularity through the airdrop while the participants gain by earning tokens

Thanks for the information. That was really helpful. I'll try to use that method when adding a token next time. I've always done it through the website though.

Thanks for warning. A lot of people fall prey to these scammers. It seems like they find a new way to scam daily. Let's keep exposing them.
