People quit cause sometimes after the bounty hunters must have finished working, the team will treat them as shit. Sometimes it exits scam and they will eventually not get paid. Some tokens will end up dumping to the lowest and bounty hunters will get little or nothing for the months they spent in promoting.

Etherum is good to trade for now. I know someone that have made a whole lots of profits trading Etherium this week. But one thing is clear, it takes a while lot of experience to trade profitably.

Bounty pool is an important factor but as it stands now is of no value cause there alot of scam projects that promise so much to bounty hunters but fail at the end. So the most important factor is the quality of the team members and what the project offers. Roadmap and so on.
