So we can say that once bitcoin is steady the altcoins pump and when bitcoin down altcoin down.Not really, today is BTC domination 63%, 2017 max 67,4%. First they pump BTC, later all the money go to altcoins. I think we have few BTC pumps left, after that ETH will be at 400$ minimum.

Shitcoins investments it's always a risk.
