The projects have different proposals, so I do not see rivalry between Waves and BTC ..

Waves is a platform with several tools (wallet, decentralized exchange, tokenization, smart contracts ..) that can be used by people and companies, using Waves for payments is just one of their solutions. Very good by the way, as it is extremely fast and has a very low cost.

And BTC, I consider it just as a value reserve.
