Amongst all this the only way I think is more efficient in making money is by trading cryptocurrencies, i have seen alot of people earn a living from it, personally I think its the most profitable put of all and its the most risky, that's why it requires alot of learning and patience to make something out of it, holding is also good but it's long term we are talking about 10yrs, just like holding bitcoin since 20p9 till now.

Why do you think the market is been manipulated?, remember the crypto market is very volatile the only way the market price can be manipulated is when there's a huge buy from one person or a huge dump, but the crypto market is alot more bigger than that now, I think the only coin which the prices can be manipulated are coins with low volume and low market caps, any little $1000 buy can change the price for good.
