Possibly yes. Bounty hunters are always excited to get their reward and most of them don't care about the future price of their coins so they easily trade at at the lower price which is creating negative impact to the investors.

I've check Free Ton at coingecko and I'm surprise that it has a good price more than enough for all the bounty hunters who were able to participate in their signature campaign. However it's very hard to think how potential it is because the information they shared at coingecko isn't yet completed.

How you will compare the NEM vs ETH?
Both are good and they offer a service that is enough to gain the trust of anyone who would love to try their service. But since I am more than familiar with ethereum I would say that it is better over NEM.
