Participating on Bounty is good if only the Bounty is legit. Before participating in any Bounty campaign you most at least go throw their white paper make some research to confirm if it's Legit. As for me earning on participating Bounty is possible. What is required is effectiveness and consistency, put more effort on Bounty campaign u are participating on and it will pay u handsomely, but if unfortunately the Bounty campaign turns out to be unsuccessful You won't receive any payment.

Bounty can only be a waist of time if only u participate on a Scam bounty campaign. But if luckily you join a Legit Bounty campaign and work very hard u be paid handsomely.
So far I have been working on Bounties but not all are Legit, Some u will just work and receive noting in return.
But there was a Bounty campaign I participated and I work for three months and I was rewarded, so Bounty are not waist of time it depends on the exact one You participate on.
