Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: What is mining ?
« on: April 05, 2023, 08:03:20 PM »
Bitcoin mining is the process by which Bitcoin transactions are validated digitally on the Bitcoin network and added to the blockchain ledger. It is done by solving complex cryptographic hash puzzles to verify blocks of transactions that are updated on the decentralized blockchain ledger. As simply as that  :)

Yes, they are cheaper, but that does not mean you should stop investing in bitcoin, no one is forcing you to do both. The main thing is to diversify your portfolio properly and follow risk management.

It is better to invest in what you know best. By chasing trends and constantly shifting your attention, you're not giving yourself opportunities for growth and perception.

Sorting Box / Re: How to Begin?
« on: April 05, 2023, 07:54:19 PM »
I'm not going to explain at length, because it's simple. To start you just need to take the first step, start studying, learning new things, and then just practice, trying to apply the knowledge in real life.

It's simple, a good investment is an investment that will make you money. And accordingly, we need to do everything in our power to make it happen. That is, to analyze all the risks, to gain knowledge and, of course, to practice a little (possibly by losing money). But that's life, you can't get something without losses.

More useful information from the commenters than from the author of the post himself, but thanks anyway.

For a basic understanding, you just need to learn enough information about it (watch videos, read articles on websites) and the second is to use only money you can afford to lose for investments.

The main advice I can give to a beginner is to use training assets. Let me explain what these are. On every exchange there is an opportunity to use a practice account, on which you gain and lose not real assets. You study there as long as possible, and only after you have gained full confidence in your knowledge and practice, you can start real trading.

Sorting Box / My Top 7 Wallets
« on: April 05, 2023, 07:10:37 PM »
I am not an expert in the field of cryptocurrencies, but after a little reading of this forum, I realized that there are a lot of good and interesting people who want to help each other. I don't often write posts, so I don't know how to do it, so don't judge strictly. I want to write about my top 7 wallets, which I liked.

1. TokenPocket, a multifunctional cryptocurrency wallet, aims to remove the barriers that come with entering the blockchain world. It now supports the Ethereum network. TokenPocket, the largest multi-blockchain wallet based on EOS and ETH, BTC and TRON, IOST and BOS, COSMOS and Binance, MOAC and Jingtum, is committed to providing its users with a secure and powerful digital asset management service.

2. The Waves wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet built on the Proof of Stake (POS) algorithm. This allows users to set up their own token on the platform. The wallet does this for the purpose of easily running decentralized applications. This is the official application for the Waves platform.

3. NEON Wallet is one of the most popular wallets designed to store and facilitate your interaction with NEO coins and tokens built on the Neo blockchain. It is an open source desktop wallet developed by the City of Zion team and released to the world in July 2017. And although it is not an official Neo wallet, its code has been checked, tested and approved by the Neo Network developers.

4. Toast Wallet - This wallet was created in 2017 by Dunedin, New Zealand-based StarStone Unlimited, founded by Richard Holland. StarStone Corporation has been around since 2017 and the wallet seems to be their only business venture so far. The motto they followed when developing this product was to create something that is "simple enough for your grandma, but safe enough for a Swiss banker".

5. Agama is a multi-wallet provided by the SuperNet project, a company acquired by Komodo (KMD). The wallet is currently under development but offers many unique features. Users can choose between Full, Basilisk, and Native modes, and they can use multiple currencies such as Bitcoin, Komodo, or Zcash, among many others. A multi-wallet allows users to own and use multiple cryptocurrencies, allowing them to choose how they want to manage their security. Full mode: normal T-transactions, blockchain is loaded. In essence, this is a complete node for the coin of your choice. Basilisk mode: regular T-transactions, no blockchain download.

Thanks for your attention and hope I helped you :)

Sorting Box / Re: The Best Crypto Trading Bots for 202
« on: April 05, 2023, 07:04:17 PM »
In my little experience I can say that the best for me remains YoBit, I have tried Commas and Botsfolio before, but stopped at YoBit. They are long enough on the market, a large number of coins, as well as the ability to easily exchange one coin for another. If you want, I'll leave a link to a review I recently read. If anyone wants to try it, write me your feedback on it, it will be interesting to read. I hope it was helpful.  :)

Investing in tokens already established in the market is much safer and requires less knowledge and experience, on the other hand, investing in new tokens is more dangerous, but can also be incredibly profitable. In this regard, it's up to you to decide where to invest your money, but I would advise to use your knowledge and experience.

Sorting Box / What is PancakeSwap
« on: April 05, 2023, 06:51:38 PM »
PancakeSwap is a decentralized exchange built on the BNB Chain (previously BSC and Binance Chain) instead of Ethereum. It enables its users to swap BEP-20 standard tokens easily.

BNB - (Binance Chain) a blockchain platform developed by the popular centralized cryptocurrency exchange to support Binance DEX, a decentralized exchange that allows users to directly trade with each other.

BEP-20 is a token standard on BNB Smart Chain that extends ERC-20, the most common Ethereum token standard.

(Correct me if im wrong, because im a newbie too)

Sorting Box / Re: How did you come to find up about cryptocurrencies?
« on: April 05, 2023, 06:41:15 PM »
I got acquainted with cryptocurrencies not so long ago, maybe in 2015, then it was just people starting to talk around me about it, and I got interested, I started watching videos on the subject, but quickly abandoned it, because I was young. After a while, I came back to it again and now I'm trying to learn how to work with cryptocurrencies. Just think how knowledgeable I would have been if I hadn't abandoned it then.
