Limiting member is very important in bounty so that to limit people that are going to participate!!! When there are too much people in a campaign we endup being paid little amount even after working for months.

Altcointalk s a forum to discuss about bitcoin, it's technology and use. It's a place to share your experience and problems and get solutions from the like minded people. The forum itself doesn't provide any monetarily reward for using it. Hence, there are no balance here to withdraw.

There are external parties that do host some bounties here where you can directly consult with them to get reward from that party itself.
