Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: ICO Review Sites
« on: May 14, 2018, 07:18:07 AM »
Just like how ICO's keeps popping out, some ICO review sites have been pooping out too recently. It's probably a good thing as it gives future investors more options to search.

Most that says things such as "when moon" when new exchange" from my observation are airdrop hunters and bounty hunters who just can't wait to dump.

« on: May 14, 2018, 06:59:09 AM »
There are platforms that handles various bounties such as bounty hive. There are also bounty managers who have their own telegram group. Each bounty managers has their own set of rules, some just require you to retweet, some require you to tweet and etc...

There's another rule now being imposed which I do not like. Some require bounty hunters to do KYC before they can claim their rewards.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: How do you choose good ICOs?
« on: May 14, 2018, 06:54:35 AM »
The news of fake ICOs is all over the place. In one way or the other, we've been victims of either fake ICO or its bounty program. What is your criteria for choosing a good ICO? I don't want to be a vicitim of scam ICO any longer.

There is no guarantee that you will never become a victim of fake ICO's again.
Maybe the most important guides are whether or not the project is relevant and whether or not the team can deliver.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Why do u like airdrop????
« on: May 14, 2018, 06:49:26 AM »
I participated in hundreds of airdrop already.
Some paid, some did not.

I had some airdrops that had given me over $1,000
Some were valued at $500 to $900

Despite all the efforts to block the growth of cryptocurrencies, it is still here.
Crypto will remain and will get even bigger.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Can cryptocurrency ruin a country?

I do not think cryptocurrencies can ruin a country. It may actually help them.
Regarding tax, I agree with your point that crypto users are taxed indirectly whenever they convert to fiat. I've seen some measures done by central banks to monitor crypto to fiat conversions.

Hahaha! I think the "When moon?, When Lambo? When next Exchange?" these should be in a whole new category of their own Lol   :D

Having been a moderator, these types of questions sure are annoying  ;D
And yeah, I think they should be in a new category haha

This should be seen by everyone new to crypto. It is easy to be tricked by these PND's if you are not aware of their scheme.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Bounty or Airdrop?
« on: May 14, 2018, 04:12:40 AM »
simple rule of thumb for airdrop and bounty, don't give money. They should be the one giving you money for supporting their project. I have joined several airdrops and bounties and got coins from them. the real challenge is that most of the coins have no value right now and just have to wait for a nice development or a break out the project will do. and when joing ICO bounties and airdrops never give your private key and password.

This is true. Better wait for the development of the project.
I have joined so many airdrops before as well, some paid and some did not. Same with bounties, some paid and some did not. Most that I received have little or no value.

Airdrop rules have changed now. I do not see any requirement of rank of number of certain posts.
But a lot of airdrops nowadays require you to undergo KYC.

I am not sure if there is a specific time. It all depends on the market. I have missed some good opportunities some altcoins during the last quarter of 2017 where everything is just pumping.

Both have their place in the crypto world. POS is much more efficient compared to POW in my opinion.

This is true if you have bought those solid projects.
Some projects die over time from changes in regulations, team, etc.

At the moment, I spend most of my day doing crypto-related activities. Reading updates on projects i've been into and looking for new ones.
