As far as i know there are 3 ways to earn it.
mining, airdrops(selling tokens for eths) and bounties (same logic as airdrops)

These fluctuations happens all the time and will keep happening in the near future. In these times if you are cold blooded you can earn lots of money. If not hodl and wait for the markets to calm down.

no true at all. (about the exchange) racoin gave the bounty hunters %10 %5 of their deserved tokens and racoin is listed in somewhere.
Altering the rules of bounty after the bounty is scamming too.

Doing research aren't going to save you from anything, in this world long known managers or professionals can think different and act dishonestly in a day or change the rules of the bounty over night so you get %10 of you planned.

But, bounty programs are absoulutely a passive income. I got my bike and made my holiday expenses from crypto money this year.

Bitcointalk merit sistemiyle sadece eski üyeleri koruyan yenilerin para kazanmasını ve yükselmesini engelleyen bir yapı haline geldi. O şartlarla level atlamak hiç kolay değil, adil hiç değil.
