Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Should We Expect Bull Run This January?
« on: January 02, 2019, 09:28:50 PM »
We all have seen how the market has been since the beginning of 2018 and till now, but want some views here, should we expect a bull run this January?
I think we are much too focused on this bull run expectation. Let's give the market a chance to recover and stabilize. The expected bull run will come when it will come.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Will there be many ICO in 2019?

if I look at the development of new projects entering the market, I am sure that by 2019 there will be a lot of new projects emerging.
the reason is because many projects in November and December canceled and delayed the project, so I'm sure in 2019 the postponed project will start again.
Of course there will be. Due to the unstable and bearish market, many project were either put on hold or postponed until when this market will be fair again. Those projects and new ones will certainly emerged...including the scam ones.

by selling or buying on classifieds section
So when we sell or buy at the classified section, our trade count increases, my question is, of what benefit is in increasing one's trade count?

For me to join a bounty. Firstly I have to analyze who are behind the project and the whitepaper also the bounty pool is one of the main factor. Because I wouldn't participate and at the end earn a penny dollar
it seem to me most times that despite how thorough a hunter is in confirming the legitimacy of a bounty projects, most still fall victims of scam projects and their crooked managers.

Its gotten to the point that I no longer try to anticipate a season in which the market price will change for the better. If it does, I will be happy, if it does not, I will still be happy. Having high anticipation of something no one has a control over is futile.

I ever participated in Tartaria project as Indonesian Translator. I think Tartaria is one of the best bounty program on this forum.
Some of other good bounties that I ever joined are AgentMile, LikeCoin, and Chynge. Some of bad bounties : smarter than crypto and ySign
I am surprised to see that you noted agentmile as a good bounty for you. You must be the only one because I am yet to see another person say that agent mile was a good bounty. You are the first I think.

2018 passed and 2019 is here.
The market did not change and probably never be change.
Scammers and fake accounts of ICO would come.
Your awareness can save you from.
Make a difference not be in touch with fake ICOs as long as you can.
Wishing the best for 2019
Wishing you a fantastic crypto new year! Tnx for the advise, I believe the experience of 2018 in the hands of scammers have made many wise. Any who galls victim to scam ICO scheme this year is either a newbie or one who does not learn easily.

For someone who wants to buy, of course they expect the price to decrease so they can buy at a low price. But what about the many people who have invested in years or months ago?? I think their expectations are very different from yours.
On point mate! He has forgotten that while he is expecting a dip in the market price, there are thousand others who have been expecting a rise for their investment.

News related to Crypto / Argentina Will Be Waiting A While For Bitcoin ATMs
« on: December 24, 2018, 09:55:37 PM »
A while ago now, Argentina was promised thousands of Bitcoin
ATMs to be installed all over the country by the end of 2019.
It was reported by numerous crypto news outlets in October that
the United States based financial provider Odyssey Group was
gunning to roll out around 150 Bitcoin ATMs in Argentina by the
end of 2018 with plans to distribute by the end of 2019.

A general manager at Odyssey, Begona Perez De Solay made
some ambitious promises which said that firm intends to have
installed a total of 1,600 Bitcoin ATMs by the end of 2019, with
plans to grow in other countries in South America in the future.

As reported by The Next Web , whereas this volume of Bitcoin ATMs
might not seem like a lot to the untrained eye, this is, in reality, a
big step forward for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency industry.
Earlier this year there was only 4,000 Bitcoin ATMs in across the
globe so over 1,500 of them in just one country is a huge leap in
the right direction. Odyssey’s move alone would have expanded
this effort by almost 50 percent.

If you bring Argentina’s growing economic struggle into mind as
well as the value of the peso decreasing by the day, Bitcoin was
swiftly bandied about as the best possible way to fight inflation in
the country. It’s worth noting that in October 2018, the value of the
peso had lost over 50 percent in value against the US dollar.
All the signs were suggesting that Odyssey had come in the right
place at the right time to fill the void of the lack of crypto enabled
ATMs. However, over a month later the firm backtracked it’s
promised and began to set its crosshairs on a new launch.

The CEO of the company, Sebastian Ponceliz confessed in an
email to hard fork:

“The expected start date of the ATMs in Argentina was postponed."

Even though the delay isn’t anything new in the world of the
blockchain, Odyssey has a rough history of failing to go through
on what it promises.
